Sir, I am Anita Mohanta, contact No-[protected], AT-Bhubaneswar.IMEI2/MEID2 -[protected].Purchase dt 03.08.2013 .Dealer -GSM4U service request No[protected]E20056.

I am giving my mobile reapetedly 4-5 times for software update due to hang up & SWITCH OFF automatically when I try to open FILE MANAGER .

So I want to know what to do now.
