[Resolved]  Spice Mobiles — Mi 500 battery not available

Sir, I bought Spice Mobile model mi 500 about 2.6 years back. Now when I need a new battery for my mobile, it is not available anywhere including with Spice Mobile Shops. Means, if someone buys Spice Mobile today, his or her phone is finished with the end of the battery. I sent my request thrice to Spice Mobile customer care through E-mail but I didn't get any positive response from their side. Sir, my financial position is not so strong that I could dump my Rs. 12000 mobile and could buy a new one just because its battery is not available. This should have been duty of company to make available such necessary spares of their products to the customers who have bought their product with a faith that these products will last long. I have to use this phone with a swollen up battery which might blast i[censored]sed more. I request you to kindly look into the matter and force Spice Mobile to arrange a new battery for which I am ready to pay its cost price too.otherwise pay me the cost of my phone . Thanks
