[Resolved] Spice Mobiles — Mi 505 battery issue after 2 months and complaint against Spice customer care | |||
Sir, I purchased Spice MI 505 on dated 8/2/14. After two months mobile charger not working, somehow I managed to charge from usb cable but next month onwards a serious battery problem started. It sometimes show me full charge but after 2-3 calls, battery charge became low. It was clearly understood that the battery cannot hold charge anymore. Today I visited your customer care at Kolkata name “Billenium Sales & Service, 6 Chowringhee Lane”. It was a terrific experience that I had to wait first 1 hour without any reason. Then one person took my phone and without any reason they opened all the screws.I repeatedly asked him to check the battery as I was facing a charging issue.Then he told me that It would take 15 -20 days for repair. I was surprised that the phone set still working ok. The problem related to battery.But the person behaved very badly and used very undecent words. Other customers also complained that their phone sets returned after 15-20 days unattendedly. Their services and overall behaviour are very poor.I was very offended and returned my phone back from them. Now I have a question to you that if you provided this type of poor service to customers then on which basis we will purchase your product in future ? I donot know what I will do now.
