I have purchased a Mi506 android phone from Hope Shop 18 through Tarash Overseas Pvt. Ltd., Plot - 5 Sector - 27, Near Ssr Corporate tower, Faridabad, Haryana, Faridabad-121003 through Invoice No. - TARA/14-15/393723 with a invoice date 30/11/2014 order no.[protected] on COD basis. But from the day one I have faced primary network problem in that set. Finally I rushed to one of your service centre in kolkata : Mobile Services, 55 Manick Talla Main Road, Kolkata - 54 on 18/12/2014 and left the set for repairing but till date I have not received my set from them. They are saying that "Set sent to workshop & whenever they sent us that set we will deliver you."
In these fast moving world nobody has time to waste by dialing your service centre number.
So, Please do the needful and oblige.
