Spice Mobiles — Phone software and hardware not working well after 3 repairs at their service center

The phone was brought in january . Since then phone has serious problem of hanging, battery draining quickly, the speaker and the microphone not working properly and even some contacts saved in the phone memory get deleted autaumatically. There have 3 repairs at an autharized spice service center but not good. Please repair this phone instantly or i want an exchange.
