I purchase a mobile M5910 on dt 08/05/2013 with invoice no 644 I am facing some problem with my mobile right side touch not working I submit this mobile With Battery for repair on dt. 19/9/2013 12:58PM at your service center Ideal Power Solution Ground Floor, Bhagmal Complex, Sector-15 Noida. Hence the service center call me up on dt 19/10/2013 said that your mobile replaced please collect form Service Center I went there they given me a lower version mobile without touch screen, why I get the lower version mobile after one month please provide me the same as my mobile or upper version of my Mobile with touch screen and full features as my mobile has. This case is pending till now (03/12/2014
