Spice Mobiles — regarding replacement of earphone or hands-free

i ashit tyagi purchased spice mobile on dated 16/12/13 from spice out let due to some hearing defect of my earphone i have submitted my spice earphone to Ur authorised service centre in Ghaziabad for replacement which is under warranty period but they are not attending of my problem and giving me only excusing with in the service period so i file the case in consumer court i[censored] do not take right action as soon as possible
