Spice Mobiles — regarding servicing issue

sir i purchased spice phon worth rs.5000 online.its screen got blank and colourful within 3 months.i gave it to service centre for repair.thry said it will be repaired within 21 days.its 25 days and i am calling them from last 4-5 days they are saying the part have not come yet from the company .then i called spice company they said call service centre.both are making fool of me.pls sir help me to get my phone as 25 days are gone and they are asking me to give 15 days more.pls sir help me out
