Spice Mobiles — Rejecting to repair the spice mobile during its guarrantee period | |||
I purchased the spice mi 439 grey on 17. 08. 2014. It is in its guarrantee period. Its front speaker is not working. I went to shakarpur service centre where they rejected to repair it saying that because of moisture in air it has damaged and rejected and recommended me to go to some other service centre. He broke its initial seal. Then i went to karol bagh service centre where the incharge surprised me by saying that this speaker does'nt belongs to this model and belongs to some other spice model. I dont know which one is speaking the truth but i know that they are just reluctant to repair the mobile and just making excuses. They just want to make money. I know that spice mobile cannot get damage just by moisture in air. Please help me in this regard and punish these service centres. Was this information helpful? | |||
