[Resolved]  Spice Mobiles — repeated problem and very very long delay in servicing

I bought a spice mobile 516 on 11/10/2014 . from the very begining there is a problem that when i call some one there is loud vibration on other side so that the people to whom i call is irritaed. even they not able to heard my voice. i give my set two times in shayama enterprises but problem persist. then third time on 11/12/2014 i request him to solve this problem replace it. then he send my set to company but till date(08/01/2015) i not received my set my service req id is[protected]EC0044 DT 11/12/2014 IMEI NO- [protected] AND [protected] MY CONTACT NO -[protected] NAME- ANJANI KUMAR SO I REQUEST U SO REPLACE MY SET AS EARLIEST AS POSSIBLE THANK U ANJANI KUMAR
