I have purchased a Spice mobile, Model no:M-59816 (M-IMEI no:[protected]) on 20/10/2014.After a few days o[censored]sage, the phone got hanged and was not working at all.I have given the mobile set to one of your authorised service center on 02/02/2015 and they told me that the product will be replaced(as it is within warranty). But after a few days they returned me the old phone without giving any solution.I have again submitted the mobile set to them on 09/02/2015 for a replacement .This time they have marked the product as 'Out of Warranty'.My concerns now are:1) A product purchased on October '14 has a warranty of 12 months.Then how can the service center mark it as 'Out of Warranty'?2)Moreover its been more than 2 months since I have submitted my handset.Till date I have not received any further communication from their side.Every time I poke them, they say that some more time is needed.I have called the Spice customer care number many times, but even they could not help me.I have been treated as a shuttle cock between service center & customer care.Finally on 20/04/2015, the customer care insists me on writing a mail to you.Please give a speedy solution to this as I will not wait any further.I have been harrased a lot for the replacement of the set.
