I had purchased a Spice Handset " Spice MI-435 "
Facing so many problems in Handset from its first day
1. Songs/Videos are hanging in playing them.
2. Slow Processing of Launcher.
3. Hanging Issue.
4. Apps Problem
5. Calls Problem ( When dialing both sim network Getting NIL) Outgoing Problem.
6. Internet Problem
7. Network Problem
8. Handset Hanging.
I had complained retailer he suggested me to go Spice Service Center
In Spice Service Center they updated the OS of the Handset 3 times in
one month and 4th time second month but they didn't solve my Actual
Mentioned Problems, Now they
are suggesting me to giving my Handset to Service Center for Mother
Board Replacement of The Handset,
And they said the process can be take more than 25 day or long
Sir I cant Make this effort and i can't manage also without Handset
I am giving them 1 week for this but they said the same the like
earlier they said.
I submitted my phone Second time on 5th Jan 2014 they returned my phone after 15 days and problem was same they updated the software only,
i re-submitted my phone third time on 23th Jan 2014 they took over 4 months and gave my phone back
but problem was same this time also
I again sumitted my phone on 28 April now they are not attending my calls and not replying to my mails,
what to do now ?:;please help me
