Dear Sir I have purchased a mobile phone from your south ex store of spice mobile, i have my bill with me that phone is working properly and its not even an year old cell phone last year in August i have purchased that cell and it stopped working in December 2013. i am looking for your executive to contact me and please replace that cell phone i had a very bad experience with the spice mobiles, as i have heard and i am aware about spice being a huge brand.This kind of experience was not expected.
