Sir/mam i am from dhanbad and i submit my smart phone in service centre at 13/05/2017 urmila tower bank more dhanbad due to the phone dead problem.

Today it has passed one month and till i have no any information about my phone status i am facing so much problem at home i hope you will understand my problem.
Plz give the information as soon as possibe.
