My SPICE SMARTPHONE MI-600 for change of display was admitted on 11/09/2015 vide service request Number 25102224F90075 at Spice authorised service cnetre (Mobi Soft Tellelink, 3A Madan Street, 1st Floor, Kolkata PIN 70072). On 29/10/2015 any unknown reasons the service centre change the service request number to 25102224FA0199 on 29/10/2015. I request them to give me the request form but they told me when you give me the old request form then they give me the new request form. I do not know why the change the service request. I also monitor the request online also send e-mail to [protected]@smobility.in number of times. After that I received my Smartphone on 23/12/2015 duly repaired with payment of Rs 2, 375/- for change of display unit. The phone was in use and on 08 January 2016 at about 04:10 PM the display unit of the phone again off road. I again ran to the Service Centre and they admitted again vide Service request Number 25102224G10039 date 08 January 2016 at about 05:33 PM. The phone was use only for 15 days after discharge. I request you to direct Spice Smartphones Ltd either the phone repair properly or it will replace by a new one immediately. An early action is requested.
