I bought smartl phone xlife-m5q+ having imei1 [protected] from m/s north india top company rewari against invoice no. nitcdrh/drh/01/2016/6029264 dated 2nd january 2016.
I m facing the above said problem & visited thrice the service centre smart services sector 32b chandigarh as per below details:
1. given on 21.03.2016 & got back on 02.04.2016
2. given on 13.04.2016 & got back on 21.06.2016
3. given on 27.06.2016 & got back on 02.08.2016
After spending 4 months with your service centre phone problem is not rectified, consequently as a customer i am getting harassed & am not able to use this phone for which i paid rs 3999.00.
I am so much frustrated with the poor quality of product & services that i m making my mind to lodge a case in consumer court against you.
