[Resolved] Spice Mobiles — unavailability of battery

I'm using Spice QT58 mobile from couple of years and eventually it battery got dead.I enquired for a new one from market but i wasn't able to find a new one.So i contacted spice care on 3 dec 2014 asking for a new one.They gave me a complaint number([protected]) and told me that i will get a new one within a week.I'm contacting them after interval of time but i'm not getting a satisfactory response.When i called them last week, the behaviour of senior executive was so rude.It was not acceptable to me.So i want you to look into the matter and help me solve my problem as my phone is nearly dead without battery.
