[Resolved] Spice Mobiles — Worst After Sales Service by SPICE | |||
Dear Team, I would like to express my dissatisfaction on the product SPICE MI 500 and MI 350 Purchase date: 19th October 2012 for MI500 23rd October 2011 for MI350 Reasons below, 1) Battery for MI 500 was replaced within 5 months from purchase date and now again its not working since last 6 months.. But unable to get the new battery in market anywhere. 2) Touch screen got damaged of MI350, but unable to get same repaired, as no touch screen for said handset is available in any of mentioned service centres or anywhere in market. 3) when requested for service center details were given link : http://www.si2imobility.com/spicemobiles/Service-Center.php but no service center is having this battery or touch screen or batter for said handset. 4) when we call service center number listed either they have discontinued the service or the phones numbers are not in use /working. 5) Now mobiles are kept as show piece as not getting new battery for MI500 and Touch screen for MI350. While aiming to become a competition for successful brands in market the key is customer service and satisfaction which itself is missing. I repent my decision of purchasing Spice mobile and would like advise no one should buy it, if educated persons like me are not getting any help even after so much of follow up through mails and complaints. Kindly provide me with the correct contact details and escalation matrix for service related escalations for SPICE and details of the service center.
