Your customer care executives are giving different information on the call regarding my phone and some of them have even lied to me that my phone is on the service center and I can collect from there etc. I mean, you guys made customer care a joke, I have made a big mistake by buying a Spice product. Have some shame and kindly improve your service and most importantly do check my call recordings.
