Spicejet Ltd. — Flight Ticket cancelled by Airline, but amount not refunded

Updated by uttam1981222 I have booked spicejet flight tickets for two passengers and the PNR no. is K9C6VC.
The travel date was 23rd May 2020 and the flight was cancelled by airline company. On request for refund they mentioned that the amount will remain in credit shell and cannot be refunded for 1 year as the matter was in consideration in court. Later on even after court's verdict came to refund the amount to the customers they did not refunded me the amount. They send me email that the amount will be refunded and accordingly I provided my bank account details & cancel cheque. However till date I have been following them up but payment did not came.
I have email from airline where they acknowledged the amount to be refunded but I am regularly following up for payment with no help. Request help for refund.
