Flight Ticket cancelled by Airline, but amount not refunded

I have booked flight tickets for two passengers and the PNR no. is K9C6VC.
The travel date was 23rd May 2020 and the flight was cancelled by airline company. On request for refund they mentioned that the amount will remain in credit shell and cannot be refunded for 1 year as the matter was in consideration in court. Later on even after court's verdict came to refund the amount to the customers they did not refunded me the amount. They send me email that the amount will be refunded and accordingly I provided my bank account details & cancel cheque. However till date I have been following them up but payment did not came.
I have email from airline where they acknowledged the amount to be refunded but I am regularly following up for payment with no help. Request help for refund.

Theft from luggage
2500 rupees has been missing from my luggage.
All the items of the bag were rumaged .
The security check in lock was not present when I received the luggage.
I ws traveling from dehradun to gorakhpur.

Mishandling baggage

We were travelling from srinagar to delhi & then delhi to ahmedabad on 1st july, 2016 through spicejet. At delhi, we have not received 2 luggages and till today they have not given us the proper reply and have not traced where they have handled our luggage. We were given indigo flight by spicejet people as we have missed connecting flight to ahmedabad due to their delayed takeoff from srinagar. They have told us to deliver our whole luggage at ahmedabad. However, they have delivered 11 out of 13 luggages. Now spicejet people are just not listening and simple speaking that they are tracing and tracing. Kindly help.

Spicejet Airline-a thief

After my marriage I was travelling from Kolkotta to Bangalore on 2nd Jan'2011. My flight was from Kolkatta to Chennai and then Chennai to Bangalore. It was Spicejet flight. I was very tired and not well hence kept my all jewelry in baggage and thought it would be safe. When I landed to Bangalore and went to baggage collection belt I realized one of my baggage is missing in which I had kept my all jewelry. I immediately went and asked to Spicejet counter where is my baggage. They told me by mistake they have dropped my baggage in Chennai. They will send it by tomorrow flight. I got the doubt and I told them that I do not believe you that it was a mistake. As I have 4 baggage, so how could you do mistake for my 1 baggage in which I have kept my jewelry. It must be planned and intentional. They told me no my bag is secure and will get courier to my home by tomorrow and one of Spicejet crew member will carry my bag to my home. Nextday when I received my bag it was unlocked and my jewelry was missing and I told that I will not receive this bag but they left it at my home and went. When I called them and filed complaint they told me that it was my mistake and I am not supposed keep any jewelry in my baggage while travelling. My question is "Who has given them right to break my bag lock and take the stuff they want" Till date they have not accepted their mistake. I have filed a case in court... It’s been 2 years and my case is still running in court.

SPICE JET cancelled the flight where a group of 60 pax was booked

SIXTY pax were travelling from Khatmandu to Delhi from KAILAS MAN SAROVER YATRA on 11th july and hence as all the pax can reach SURAT (HOME TOWM) a GROUP BOOKING was done on SPICE JET SG 852 and SG 152 departs from DEL at 15.10 reaching SURAT at 20.35. for 11th JULY 2013. All 60 Pax were reaching Delhi at 11.30 from KTHMANDU so we booked via flight of 15.10. SPICE JET on 8th july informs that this flight is cancelled and adjusted on MORNING FLIGHT OF SAME DAY. thats on 11th morning at 6.00am. My question is HOW COME THEY CANCEL THE FLIGHT WITHOUT THINKING OF 60 PAX WHO ARE BOOKED FOR DESTINATION AND WHAT THEY WILL DO? WHAT IS THEIR ALTERNATIVE, WHAT PROBLEMS THEY WILL FACE. AND HOW WILL THEY REACH SURAT AS TRAIN TICKETS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. THERE IS NO OTHER FLIGHT TO SURAT. SPICE JET WITHOUT THINKING SAYS THAT YOU ARE BOOKED FOR MORNING FLIGHT OF 11TH JULY AS EVENING FLIGHT OF 11TH JULY IS CANCELLED. FANTASTIC. WE ARE BRAINLESS TO BOOK EVENING FLIGHT. IF WE WANT TO CANCEL TICKET OF ANY PAX FROM GROUP BOOKING THEN 7 DAYS ADVANCE NOTICE IS NEEDED OTHER WISE THE FARE IS GONE.WHERE AS THEY CAN CANCEL THE FLIGHT 4 DAYS BEFORE THE JOURNEY THOUGH NO NATURAL PROBLEM IS THERE. CAN ANY ONE OF SPICE JET CAN ANSWER. WHAT IMPRESSION THOSE 60 PAX WILL CARRY WHEN THEY WILL FACE PROB;EMS TO REACH SURAT AND ADDITIONAL EXPENSE THEY WILL HAVE TO TAKE..

worst service by spicejet female staffs

I would like to inform you that I was travelling along with my 3 months little Daughter from Kolkata to Guwahati on 21st Oct 2010 on flight SG883 scheduled departure 18.45 hours.
As I reached the airport there was thorough checking of ID cards & tickets which was taking quite some time. As I reached the check in counter at 18:10 hours I was told that I have been late and I cant boarding the flight as the rule is to board the flight before 45 mins. On informing the check in desk I had requested to a female staff to get into the flight as I was alone with my 3 months little daughter, The flight SG 883 was still on the runway and other peoples were checking in flight, The female staff informed me rudely that the gate had closed & that me & my daughter could not board the flight. I informed the female staff that the airport checking was taking quite some time else I would have been on time but she refused to listen. I request her again & again to speak to the security gate if they could accommodate me on the flight but she refused & even did not bother to give it a try. I asked her to suggest me an alternative for which she refused to help & pointed me towards other airline counters for alternatives. Meanwhile she made me wait for 15 minutes & was busy accomodating people to the other sector flight & later she (that ) disappeared from the counter without helping me. I also saw spicejet staff on the booking counters accepting bookings for the other flight even before 10 minutes of the flight departure. I wonder why I was discriminated for only 5-10 minutes delay. We passangers wait for over 2-3 hours patiently when flights are delayed & we dont get accomodated for a few minutes delay from our side. The other airport staff informed us that this was the usual scene on the Spicejet counter.
I would like to inform you that I have been regularly flying on the Kolkata Guwahati sector thru Spicejet. I have even been accomodated the last time 15 minutes before departure.
As I had to reach Guwahati urgently I went to spicejet airlines counter where i have taken fresh tickets for me and my daughter by paying Rs. 1500.
All this has caused a lot of mental trauma & financial loss to me & my family. I never expected such discriminatory & unprofessional behavior from Spicejet staff. I have lost all trust in the Spicejet brand & seek proper action & compensation. I had been continously writing to the customer relations & the COO of Spicejet Sanjay Aggarwal only to get a standard reply that my complaint cannot be processed. Spicejet by such acts is compromising on the safety of its passengers. I appeal to the public at large to stop travelling thru Spicejet

I love spice jet.
How can that be possible?
How can you say this about spicejet?
I have been flying with spicejet ever since I was born this way.
I have never been treated this way even though I am a mistake.
I even love the hot food they serve. In fact I only fly when I want to eat tasty food.
Spicejet also provides more facilities for infacts. Actually seats are also reserved for them.
Maybe you girls were at the wrong place at the wrong time.'

Fraudulent charging on Debit Card

Please find below a brief on the pertaining issue.
I am due to travel to Chennai on the 4th of June with a return on 7th June. For the same I was doing an online booking (defense dependents booking - which can only be done online via the SpiceJet website) for Flt 206 (20:50hrs on 4th June) and return Flt 296 (19:50hrs on 7th June).
While doing an online booking with my Corporation Bank (MasterCard) Debit Card (xxxx xxxx xxxx 0533) I was given an error message on the website that my card had declined. Please note, this is not the first time I am traveling or doing a booking online. In-fact I have used the same card and the same scheme to travel earlier as well. Eitherways, given the error message I tried again knowing fully well that there was enough balance in my account. Surprisingly the second time also I got the same message.I obviously checked with my Bank immediately.
Sure enough, my account statement for the day clearly shows that two transactions of INR 7458.00 each have been made towards SpiceJet at 13:19hrs (Transaction ID - 997081) and 13:23 hrs (Transaction ID - 010682) respectively and the amount has been debited from my account!!
I had contacted Spicejet customer care and have requested them to credit the amount back ( a total of INR 14,916) after having shared with them my statement of accounts. At the same time, I have been requesting them that I need to speak to someone from their management but no one has bothered to call me as yet. I have spoken to 3 people from their customer care - Ms. Rashmi, Ms Millicent and Ms, Nidhi - but none of them has forwarded my request to a senior authority in-spite of me asking categorically that I want to speak to someone senior to get this matter resolved immediately.
To make matters worse, Ms. Nidhi today told me on the phone that my money will be credited back to my account tomorrow (28th May, 2010) and will reflect in my account in about 4-5 days from then!! But soon after I have received a response email from Ms Millcent clearly stating that as per their records the amount has not been deducted from my account!!!
At this point I am being forced to classify this as a case of fraud against them. Either they do not communicate internally or they don't know what is happening. In either case my money is with them and I need it back.
I have now been charged nearly 15000/- by them, money that they insist has not been charged by them and in-spite of that I still do not have a ticket to travel!!!
I expect immediate an immediate and appropriate response from them and also a resolution for the same.

I agree to all the complaints what you have done as i had also been to some problem like this couple of years back.
Till the time I received an advice from one of my friends.
JUST LOGIN TO THE SITE OF THE RESPECTIVE AIRWAYS WITHIN 24HRS OF YOUR JOURNEY AND PRINT A BOARDING PASS. NO AIRLINES CAN LEAVE WITHOUT YOU.
