SpiceJet — Money deducted without ticket and not reversed in account in 15 days

Dear Consumer Complaint Handling team, I tried to book ticket from spicejet website on 3rd of december. The confirmation number generated is T6HZRC under which INR 25935 has deducted from my citi bank credit card [protected]. But i did not get the ticket. Citi bank has given me approval ID for the same transaction which is "710036". So I raised this complaint for which i did not get any response.
