Hello. Since the update of the website of spidigo i cannot login to start surfing. It keeps saying invalid username/password. I can login into the spidigo page with the same id and pw for editing my account details but cannot login for surfing. The customer care number that is given does not work on calling and it sends a text message saying to call on the alternative number i. E. [protected]. On calling this number on the recorded tape keeps speaking about waiting and it automatically disconnects the call. Seems the company has no customer care policy. Further i had done mail twice about the issue on [protected]@spidigo.com but same as usual no response there too.

SPiDiGO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have upgraded my plan last month and since then I am not getting the desired speed. Sometimes the speed received is in KB too. I complained 3 times but no one is interested in serving their customers. Let me know what to do, whether to wait or consult to other service provider? Kindly help to solve my problem.

    User id : vimalvaidhya. Complain booking phone number [protected] is just make fool to customer. After making call to above number
    Only automatic answering machine gives recorded message and after 3.16 minutes call disconnect automatically. Since 20 days broadband internet is not working, after entering correct users id and password it shows that user i'd or password is incorrect. All recording of complain booking phone are saved with me.

    I have face internet connectivity issue Since last 2-3 months, sometime it may up & work according to plan, but most of the time the internet doesn't work & said the server was down. Spidigo has changed my login credential without any notification, and right now their team doesn't pick my call or email reply.

    Hi, my user name is cnsharma. I am not able to login to spidigo page so not able to access internet. Its gising invalid credentials or contact admin. But the same credentials i was using. After UI got changed not able to login. Even customer care is not replying email. And phone is always in waiting.

    they promised 40 mbps speed but every time the speed fluctuates

      They donot responsing people from last 4 months.. Even they donot recive calls and when i visit to care in surat they said company had been closed and u will not get any refund of it
      I want service or my money back otherwise im gonna sue company
      Attaching my bill i wnt my pending months money back. They even not recive call and even they web page is also not working
      I think they have close they website too
      When i visit to care people of care told me that the company had been closed permantally.. Even on review part of it people are commenting about closing of company.. Internet works 1 day. And off for 1 week... It means in month 4 days internet service provide and other day its off... There is no use of this service... Worst service. And internet company
      I wnt this company to resolve every people problems other we all together sue file in court regarding this problem... Making fool to people...in coustmer court
      Im gonna personally sue this company if i wnt spend 1 lac for refunding 2 to 3 thousand rupee. Im gonna go for it

        After regular follow up with ahmedabad office, my connection is still not working since more than 7 day. Everytime when you personally visit office, they provided some new password which is not working. No one pick up your call at provided customer care number after long waiting.

        My user id is prakashjindal.

        If you are not able to resolve my issue, kindly refund my amount, as in dec 2018 i have renew plan for 12 months.
        I prefer to choose some other service provider who can at least hear your complains and respond.

          I have got two connections of spidigo both for home and office. None of them have been working properly since the last couple of months. Ohh and when it was working properly i had to put in atleast one complaint a month to keep it running properly. But right now the situation is so bad that their customer care is not even picking up a single phone call, and not even replying to any mails. So i decided to pay the office a visit today. They were only able to give me an assurance that a technician will come by 3 pm. All the spidigo customers what that means. No one is going to pay a visit. So i decided that i do not want to continue with these services anymore and asked them kindly to get me in touch with the respective person. Firstly they said that we are the heads here and we would not give you any sorts of refund in the most rude possible way. I still kept my cool and asked that there will be someone who you are working under and they replied that they are in mumbai and we won't be sharing any possible way to contact with them. And in the end they "suggested" in the worst possible manner that you should go the consumer forum and deal with that legally. Then only we will be answerable to you. This is by far the worst consumer experience i have ever faced. Please do not ever buy a spidigo connection. I am pretty sure the company will be closing down in the next couple of months

            Facing issue with spidigo from last 6 month. I think this company is going to shut in coming year. Their technical department is not responding because company is not paying salary to their technicians. Because of this pathetic service department everybody is facing big problems. So ask people around you and think twice before you buy new conection with spidigo.

              My wifi is not working since last 5 days and it's been stopped just after your technician had his last visit few days back. I've not paid you for complaining i want working wifi. Even none of your executive are receiving calls what am i suppose to do? Tell me. I don't want your connection. Give me my rest of the money and take your connection away.

                I have tried to call spidigo helpline number[protected] thus no one is picking up the phone after 2 minutes call automatically get decline. No one showed up till date. The call service employees are not giving proper answer they just delayed by giving excuses, and now they say that our complaint is solve, but no one came to solve the problem.

                Since last one month I have faced Not access internet, login problems and missed access point with my computer and SPIDIGO.
                Last year spidigo was working v fine. But this year every now and then it shows No internet. I have paid 1 year advance. Still no internet. Everyday I have to attend client calls from home, but this [censored] connection doesn't work. Please refund my money or solve this problem.

                    We are ahmadabad based company anemos. We have subscribed annual package with full advance payment till july 2019. Company's tel. Nos are out of order and no service support from staff. Our office work is suffered as network is down. Please help us with either refund or we receive uninterrupted services from company and we should be able to contact them.

                      Guys the service offered by spidigo is extremely pathetic. 1st ly your customer service nos change without any information every 6-7 months; next in case we can get hands on the contact details over web there are many fake nos. Posted on the net. After much ordeal if at all we are able to get the right no. Then we have to keep waiting indefinitely. And after nearly 3 minutes of waiting the call is simply disconnected saying that your executives are busy. It clearly seems you are not interested in servicing your clients.in fact when i first took connection with spidigo it was for lack of choices later on renewed it since the people were sincere in responding to my issues now it seems that you have more on you plate than you can handle and even the competition has entered the market so it seems you want to yourself take the business to its end by annihilating customers you have acquired in the past; i will wait your executives to call back within the next 2 days & address my issues; else will start searching for alternate service providers in my area.

                        My internet connection is off. I have paid for 1 year plan but they are few months to go. Spidigo has changed its complain number several times. Now a days they have [protected] number for complain but whenever I call on given number I thrown to IVR and not able to connect. I think they have stopped serving the customer and become a Vijay Malya part II. I mean they collected money from customers and run off the city. Please do some needfull.

                            I have existing user of spidigo but unable to login from last 5-6 days with credentials which was working earlier.

                            I have called multiple times on call center but after waiting quite longer, call is getting disconnected after 3 minutes.

                              My connection with user name dgradadiya and mobile number [protected] is not working since last 4 days. Very poor customer response they are not responding and giving excuses.

                              Their customer call center is taking too much time and they reject call after 3 minutes as they are busy with other complains. I called their area manager of bopal and he also rejected call.

                                I raised complaint 17feb 2019- still no engineer visit and resolution
                                My internet is not working since 16feb

                                Again i raised complaint 19feb 2019 - they said engineer will visit. Still no resolution and engineer not come

                                Very bad service provider and no resolution at all
                                I tried 50-100 times customer care number but every time all executive are busy. Very bad even not a single time executive are free.

                                  I have taken one year subscription for spidigo internet service for which i have already paid the full amount while applying for it.
                                  Since last 4 months, the performance of wifi signal is pretty weak and they keep them disconnected on weekends. Since last week, our login credentials are not getting accepted on their portal.

                                  First of all, poor service. Second of all poor consumer call center service. They keep us on queue for 15 minutes to only let us know that the customer care officials are busy. I have been trying to reach out to them since a week with no avail.
                                  It's pure case extortion of money for which they take the full amount at the beginning itself only to disappoint with poorest service of broadband

                                    Connection area is nikol, ahmedabad.

                                    Bought connection on july-2018 for 1year with full advance payment, its working fine for 4-5 months, but since last 2-3 months facing end number of problems. Connection breakdown, no internet connection for 2-3 days, slow speed like that. Trying to reach to them in all way by customer care complaint and email, no answer. Look like lost the money.

                                      Fluctuations in connectivity, non - continuous connection. Problems persist even after repeated complaints and trouble shooting. The employees have been going on strike because of their wage issues but the consumers are getting troubled. This has been going on since months. We have rarely gotten continuous connection for days. We have to register a complaint every few days and its frustrating. What are they getting paid for?

                                        I have paid for 18 months of broadband services in last year January so I still have 6 months of services left to be utilized. Since last week I am unable to login to the spidigo portal and unable to get the internet services for which I have paid them. I am trying to contact spidigo via their customer care number since last week but I am not able to get to the customer representative yet. After 2 minutes the call gets disconnected stating representatives are busy and they have not provided any other way of contacting them so that my issue is resolved and I am able to use the service for which I have paid. If they cannot provide me the service for which they have been paid then I would like them to refund the money for the remaining services.
                                        There should be a strict action taken against spidigo because of the problems which their customers are facing. Spidigo does not care for their customer after getting paid. This is the worst user experience I have ever had in my entire life.
