Before 10 days i have issue with my internet connection. I was trying to complaint with emaul and call but both the source not working. I m trying to login but its say incorrect username and password. But i put correct credentials.

    I am not able to login for internet from Friday. Customer care is not attending my call.
    Wrost internet services provider. When my internet validity was finished then they call me again and again for recharge. After recharge they recollect my modem. They charge 1k for new modem. From Friday I am not able to login and access internet. I call on all numbers for submit complain, but all numbers are invalid, or out of coverage or not replying me.

    Spidigo makes fraud like this and it's just for collect money not providing services.

    Just back my money if you are not able to provide services. I am not doing charity.

    Just scammers, first I was unable to Access internet. After that they provide me wrong I'd pass. After submite complain about it I receive a massage that show the problem is resolved. And now the login page is closed. My I'd shows not registered. I didn't understand why I pay them 6k. Just wrost service providers, scammers and fraud..

      Hello My name is Umang Thakkar and my ID is = "kalpeshgoplani"
      Firstly the net was off for 3 days and it just started today. I tried to log in to my account to surf further but I am not able to log in into my account.
      Can you please fix this issue because this is so frustrating and even your customer care number is not picking up the call from last 2 days.
      This is not at all expected from you guys. There is my renewal in a few months I would have to think twice before renewing the services with you.

      Please fix this ASAP my whole business is depended on it.

        I still do not know, after complaining in consumer forum about the same connectivity issue in spidigo again and again it is not resolved. They are not ready to give money back to customer and they are also not giving internet. Is there any valid option do we have right now? I am facing this issue since last friday and i called in customer support of spidigo but as usual they are not attending the call.

          I had made a complaint regarding non opening of the login page with the complaint number[protected] which was done on 14/02/19 but still the same has not yet been seen upon and just the reply that the technical team will look upon the matter, but to my surprise no person even called up regarding the issue. I had called up several times on the customer care number and every time i get the same reply.

            Spidigo wifi is not working since 7 days. One of the worst services they are given. I couldn't even contact the company. No one responded or give the answer. I ll definately file complain in consumer forum. Revert me backin 5hrs otherwise i ll file case and spread this news in all the news channel. I want the internet as soon as possible. Worst worst worst worst worst worst

              My internet connection is not working since last 2 weeks and i have been calling the customer service team every other day. They sent an engineer who checked and informed there is an issue with the cable but no update post that. I have renewed the plan for 1 year and such a pathetic service. The customer service number has waiting positions of more than 20 and phone gets disconnected automatically after some time.

              There is no way i can connect with any other customer executives or senior management to escalate this issue.

              I would like to have a complete refund if they have no plans to offer further service.

                Spidigo internet is not working from last 10 days, in satellite area of ahmedabad city.. I have been using their internet services since 3 years or more (Username: shah. Bijal). Erratic connectivity is very standard for them. But, now it's not working at all for many days, and on the top of it, any calls to spidigo customer care phone number ([protected]) are not being answered. Their staff says: 95% have left the job from spidigo. Company is sold off. Have paid advance money for the internet access plan till july 2020. Seems money is lost. What to do next?

                  Dont buy this company they will misguide better to mobile 4g but they will not reply its a personal experience most of the time they cut the internet they will provide you annual package and after that they will not provide the services like annually every month 1 week there will be no net and all the money waste better to use dongle now feel at the generation this type of service as pathetic my self is a annual plan but her as no option to wait and then throw away this company as soon as plans get over now no renewal will be giving for sure

                    My internet hasn’t worked properly since a month now. Whenever i complaint a technician comes home gets the internet up and then in a couple of hours all the same.. Internet out! It’s been a horrible experience with spidigo.. When renewal came they called up every day to check if i wanted to renew and then everytime i would tell them about the internet downs they would say “personal number likh lijiye sir. We will make sure it doesn’t happen” and now they say “please call the customer care number “

                      I have given cheque to life style networks ltd. And that is passed on 17th january 2019 but from that day internet is not working for 10days. After 10 days it is working ok. But now again from 16th february to till date 20/02/2019 internet is not working.

                      Resolve this issue as early as possible

                        Hi all, if you are new to ahmedabad please do not apply for spidigo internet. They have such internet which only works at their office.
                        Message, email, on web complain landline nothing is working all of them are either keep you on waiting list or nither get complain registered. So please do not get your self fool in such service and company.
                        Considering i have one plan goin with them and no responec i’m been forced to apply for other internet provider considering my 4month money waste.

                          I have tried to login my spidigo account but I am unable to login. On dated 16.02.19 I received message regarding password change as last five digit of registered mobile no as spidigo website is under upgradation.
                          I had tried as per message received but still unable to connect the network or login.
                          I had tried to get contact with customer care No. [protected] or email at [protected]@spidigo.com from last 2 days but no one response satisfactory.

                          Problem still persists...No one respond properly...I am totally dissatisfied with spidigo service.

                              Spidigo has changed its login portal. I typed the same username and password but couldn't log in. I have been trying since 3 days. I even called on the customer care number but i had to hold the call for 2 min and so i hung up. This has happened twice before. Every 2 weeks something happens to the internet and i don't get reply from mail or help line numbers. I am not even able to open spidigo's website. Their service has been continuously degrading.
                              This is really the worst internet provider in ahmedabad

                                Since 15th february'19 late night, my internet is disconnected. Whenever i tried to login with my user id :- harshpatela1803 with password, it shows either check your credentials or shows username and password is incorrect (There is no provision of forget your password?) however we never changed our pass word.
                                Customer care is always shows waiting number in two digits and automatically disconnect after 2 minutes of waiting.

                                Company is not taking any care of their customer. We have paid 18 months prepaid charges in nov'2018.
                                Request you to do something against company.

                                        From last 1 month internet is not working properl, many times speed become low. Regarding this problem i try to connect call to coustomer care and after 37 call they finally received my 38'th call but that person not talking with me properly and he ended the call without solving the problem so i want to tell u that is this your service?? For your coustomer, nd here more few coustomer at my society, they also trying to connect the call to resolve poor internet connection but response feedback is bad... So i request you please solve this problem as soon as possible and one advise to your staff that be polite with your customer. I think government employee nd service are good as your comapany. Feedback for service and internet is zero...
