Spidigo has the worst service I have ever got, this started with my installation. - the salesmen told me that it will be installed in 5 days. But it actually took 25-30 days in my installation, for that I have to constantly call the customer care, I visited the customer care 3-4 times, there behaviour and responses were the worst. -secondly, my plan was of 1mbps, the company first gave me USED DEVICE and that too not of 1mbps. This thing repeated TWICE. then i went to their office and took the device by myself and then FINALLY AFTER 25 DAYS MY INSTALLATION WAS DONE. - About the executives, the sales man were the worst people I ever contacted, his name is PARSHURAM and CHIRAG ( amdavadi Beware of SPIDIGO and THEIR SALES MENS). I must have called them 1000 of times but none of them recieved my call. after recieving the payment they JUST DISAPPEARED. - now about service, as an average the net connection is some what good, but trust me you have to spend a LOT OF TIME IN COMPLAINING. - I must have lost more than 200rs just for calling and complaining about Spidigo. WORST, WORST, WORST, GUYS BEWAARE...

    Even my internet device was switch off showing I use Internet on that specific day and time. On 15th sep 2015 I have used internet only for 1 hour in morning while in my acc it showing I used it till 3pm. I mailed to Spidigo for the same but not got any response. My User Id is ankit.84 in Spidigo
    Spidigo Showing fake internet usage. Providing worst service too. Not use it bakwas frustrated by using it..

      At the time of renewal I was getting continues call from customer care executive priyanka madam as well as palak patel but at that time I was thinking for my home shifting. So I had decided to take new connection at my new home. But mr. Palak patel had told me that dont worry right now you renew your plan I will do your shifting without any charges. Right now when I called for the shifting procedure every day saying that I will come tomorrow and From last 15 days he has done this and right now giving no ans. I am calling in customer care every day two time but no support from any person

        Hi All, Complaint Against SpidiGO Sales Executive Daxit Patel (+91 [protected]) CAF No : A 525278. I have raised request for new connection on 02 Sep 2015 and sales executive (Daxit Patel) visited my home on 03 Sep 2015 and informed that connection is possible at my home. I have clearly asked him and he clearly told that connection is possible.so, I paid the amount to him. After when i calling him they are not pickup the call. Really SPidiGo is very bad service Never trust on Spidigo

          Very bad service I m not satisfaction for this type of behavior by ur agents and sales department n wrong commitment given by him daily last 15 days..no important for customers value and respect and no give priority for customer satisfaction.. They need his target nothing more...froud company and agnet..

            Dear sir/ madam, This is with reference to Spidigo internet connection which I had taken on my name prabodh pandey mobile no [protected] Mac add: C4:6E:1F:38:AC:BE Account no: H39345 Dated[protected] As 3 to 4 days after connection till date I am not getting connectivity As in usual practice after WiFi login I get pop up for username sign in but now after getting WiFi login iam not getting any username pop-up from Spidigo username when iam trying to login it shows Mac address checked failed please help in this regards as iam not able to get services even after paying full amount to Spidigo The agent who provided me services is not responding properly .regards

              Hi All, Complaint Against SpidiGO Sales Executive Jigar Panchal (+91 [protected]) CAF No : A 551430 I have raised request for new connection on 06 Sep 2015 and sales executive (Jigar Panchal) visited my home on 07 Sep 2015 and informed that connection is possible at my home. I have clearly asked him that before you one executive (Bipinbhai) already visited my home before 1 and half month and he clearly told that connection is not possible but Jigar told that we have set up new towers in your area hence now it is possible so, I paid the amount to him. I am having call recording of discussion with Jigar. Now on 12 Sep 2015, Technician visited my home and he went to terrace and told in 5 minutes that connection is not possible as we are having only 1 tower in your area which is too far from my location. I also asked him that your sales executive was saying that you set up new towers in our area hence it is possible but technician clearly told we are having only 1 tower in your area which is new Madhav School. I have asked technician to contact sales executive to check further if he is having any other thoughts on this but sales executive did not answered his call. Now I am trying to contact sales executive but he is not answering my single call. I called him more than 15 times but he did not pick my single call. Now I want connection at my home as sales executive committed me that we set up new towers in our area where other executive refused before 1 and half month. Regards, Ashish Patel [protected]

                Hi ANIL Kumar Kulshrestha here, ID is anilrajni every weekend we have problem this weekend logingpage is not opening, complaint booked but technician will now come on Tuesday he would phone & say check your connection it is working it seems it is deliberate & you loose 3 important days when you like to work, pathetic service & intent is also bad.[protected] is complaint no
                I am connected unlimited 6Mbps plans with SPIDIGO since about two weeks.When I switch off my router and start to on Internet not accessed-why it is so, solve my problem as early as possible.
                Internet is not working from last 15days..and many time we call to your customer care num but no one can answering...
                Spidigo Internet is not working from last 10 days.. Any calls to Spidigo customer care phone number are not answered. Their staff says: 95% have left the job from Spidigo. Company is sold off. Have paid advance money for the internet access plan till July 2020. Seems money is lost. What to do?

                  I have opted for broadband services from Spidigo and it is not been even a month I have no Internet service for the past 15 days. A series of complaint have been filed on [protected] and the problems still exist the solve issues for a couple of hours and he Internet stops working [protected]@spidigo.com emails sent which as per Spidigo customers service is viewed by Senior management have no response to the complaints we need the money refunded by this service provider 100% surprisingly there are n number of complaints against the said service provider yet he has not improved. He licence for such flaws should be cancelled

                    350 characters aren't enough to describe this company's sheer lack of consideration towards customers and the arrogance of their executives. 1. Volatility in speed 2. No connection whatsoever 3. NEVER RECEIVING A CALL FROM THE TECH TEAM 4. Lack of response from higher authorities These are some common problems I regularly face.

                      I have broadband account with Spidigo. Since 18th Aug 2015, it is not working and repeated calling at the customer care (Trouble ticket no is:[protected]. I have been informed the some person with name P.Chauhan, will call me and rectify the issue and as of now no one has got back to me, regarding the issue. No affirmative actions taken by Spidigo till now. I pay for the services that I am not availed and as per the customer service it was informed me that the grace period will be allowed for the days that I wasn’t availed service. I would like to get a speedy action regarding this problem.

                        I have spoken to the customer care for new connections in Ahmedabad (makarba). Within a stipulated time their executive has come and collected cheque of INR 7400 for broadband connection. Within few weeks of getting connection, I have started facing problem in their services, no internet connection, no service, poor customer care. I have lodged a complaint to the SPidigo customer care 6 times till now last 3 complaint no.[protected],[protected],[protected] but none of these complaints got addressed. Infact, after lodging a complaint the executive tells that technician will visit but no body turned up and next day the cust. care closed the complaint by themselves without even getting the feedback. I suppose we pay taxes to live in a structured government where as a citizen we should get justice against these malpractices and fraud companies. Our taxes to the government are our hopes and contribution to live happily and seek government support as and when needed but no body cares for our problem. I want the consumer complaint forum to address this issue as solve this problem. I have read that there are many other complaints lodged similar to my case and therefore it should be solved at any case. If it's not getting addressed here I have to knock court's door for getting bluffed and cheated. Hope to get justice. Jai hind.

                          Once again internet stop working since last 2 days. After 7th august complaint and and its solution after whole week once again spidigo goes out of control. I register complaint 2 days ago ( i did not have complaint no.) CC says now its working and complaint close. Same day stop working again . Again yesterday i logged complaint no:[protected] CC says problem is resolved check and complaint close. But it is not working that time also. they i try customer care and wasted talking time, no one even answer it.( you are in a queue) Again today morning i register a complaint again(complaint no:[protected] so they register new complaint instead of old one. so now they again claim 48 hours from today. I am tired now from there pathetic customer service .

                            Spidigo... Welll I have no doubt that this has to be the worst internet provider in India. Fun Starts right at the time you connect with them for a new connection - Just call them for query, and they will call you 15 times and a person will be ready sitting on his bike to come to you and connect the money. Just like a monkey near a temple will snatch your food :P .I have a 2 MBPS plan, for which I paid Rs. 7250 in advance. They will say your connection will start in 5 days at max, but on 5th day when you follow up the fun will start. There are cartoons sitting to answer and they will give you such hilarious answers that u will die laughing and rolling on the floor. Then finally you will get a connection after 15 days probably :P. Once you have the connection u may ask for wifi to the engineers (I apologies to all the qualified engineers - but you may feel like killing yourself if you see people who come for the connection and they are called as engineers ROLF), so these so called engineers have been trained by the company to say that Spidigo does not allow wifi, OMG!!! really ?? I had a wifi connection when I was working for Mughal empire in some 200 AD or BC :P :P.. The catch here is - Offer them money - lets say 100 Rs. and see their expression - Whattttt 100 R.s - no no Wid Spidigo no Wifi. Suddenly Rs 300.. Engineer will say - Oh yeah dude get me your router and I will set it up now, hahahahahhahah. Now you have a Wifi - Engineers have set up and gone. you log in to your system and guess what ??? They were no nice that they have set up 2 connections on Wifi - One secured and the second - Absolutely open for all ur neighbours - dnt be surprised if you see a lot of people standing near ur house with their laptops and phones open. They are just using ur free net. nuthing to worry :p If you are technical then cool - you will be able to delete a connection or make it secure, but what if not ? God Bless you mate ;). Chalo, now everything secured - u ready to surf or you need to send an email - Try it, Gmail will say - u fool - to use me you me you need to be on broadband atleast, A dial up connection will never work, after all I am a google product. Dont be shocked yet, check the Sidigo login page - just to elaborate - Spidigo page is a worse and smallest and cheapest website, goodness gracious even this is not loading, I hope u understand that spidigo website wont load on spidigo network hahahahahhahahahahahahha. Now comes the good part - Good Hell Yeah very good coz this is very funny- this will help u stay very fit as u will laugh your a** out. The Best customer (kasht se marr) service team - Call connected - u give ur account no/login id/phone number - they open ur account. CSR: sir aap sabarmati se bol rahe ? haaaiiiii kya baat batai mere bhai mujhe laga mein jamnagar mein hun hahahahhahaha. ME: bhai internet speed kaise milti hai?, CSR: Sir aapko 48 hours mein call aa jaega. Pehli baar toh aap ban gaye chu***. kyunki aapko yeh pata hi nai hai ki Spidigo mein call ka matlab hai SMS. aapko aayega SMS - Your request has been closed.. Aab aao khush, log in again . fir aapko pata chalega ki aap ki le li gayi hai. Aap fir call karo : CSR : details le ke. Sir Aap sabarmati se bol rahe ho ? Me: nai is baar mein bhatinda mein hun :P. CSR: sir aapke paas 48 hours mein call aaega. ME Thinking: abe gadhe karega kaun call.. CSR: technical team se aaega: Bhai ko sab likhwaya ki internet ki zaroorat kitni hai mujhe . CSR: Maafi chahta hun call aaega 48 hours mein. ME: bhai koi call nai karta. CSR: Sir 48 hours mein aaega. ME; Dost mat kar aisa bhai: CSR: Sir 48 hours mein aaega. Me: bhai, tujhse na ho paae toh please supervisor ko bula de. CSR: Sir nai ho paega, 48 hours mein aaega. ME: Bhai Tech. team se baat karade, visit ke paise lage toh le le. CSR: Sir nai ho paega, 48 hours mein aaega. ME thinking - Chalo shayad sharam aa jae in sabko - lekin naaa - fir CALL ke roop mein SMS aaega - ticket closed. Aap sochoge ki is baar toh ho gaya, log in- haan FB bhi load hua, mail bhi hui, aapne Spidigo ko maildraft ki for next level permanent solution. Maill ban gayi par send na ho rarhi, kyunnn ???? kyunki internet access apkoo 10 min ke liye mila tha, jo ki aab nai raha. Aap fir call karo Customer Service: CSR: Sir aap sabarmati...hahahahahahhahahahahaha. ME: abhi tak 5 mail kar di hain and 10 calls, lekin speed hi nai. CSR: sir 48 hours, E: bhai..., CSR: Sir 48 hours. Me ... CSR: Sir 48 Hours. Agar aapko CSR se baat karna pasand ho aur hasna chahte ho toh lagwao Spidigo Spidigo. A couple of Customer service people name: Narendra Gehlot, Harshil Rampuria and Bhal bhal, One thing for sure, their call center traines has picked some best people available - they have spent special attention to find the people with lowest IQ and least shame and have trained them with 48 hours. These are a bunch of people who were born within 48 hours of ... and they are so shameless that they may do sumthing wild within their own familiy hahahahahahahahahhaha... Dont be suprised, when you call n what u hear in background is every CSR saying maafi and 48 hours. Can someone really help to save customers with thievs/ like Abhishek Jhaveri. Even a beggar is better. My few complain numbers are[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]. Save customers - Atleast in this new era and especially in places like Ahmedabaad where u come wi trust or MK Gandhi and Modi. Some attachments for proof - if you keenly observe the time at the bottom of eact screen shot, you will all understand what Spidigo is.

                              ID - bagajjar I am using Spidigo net from last 8 months. I have worst experience with this company. I have registered a complain on 10th August but they delete the same from their system. Again I complained on 11th. I have called appx 50 times to the customer care. But every time they said technical team will call you and resolve it. But I didn't got any call in last 6 days. No one taking care for the issues. Worst service.. Till date my query not resolved after multiple time call n mails...

                                This is regarding my said complaint no:[protected] today. Complaint registered after experiencing poor connectivity of Internet for more than a week Till this evening when the status at our end is as it, we contacted at 66199999, found that complaint is closed by field technician Mr. Anil Parmar. We fail to understand that we have neither recd call nor visited by field person & complaint is closed !!! Also there is no call from said call center for confirmation then how call center can close the complaint at system ???? What a ridiculous service from SPIDIGO...!!! Being with the same service industry, surprised to know that there is no escalation desk for customer service complaints..Why ? The poor call center guy (mr. sunil parmar ) not having word then 'Mafi chhahata hu..!!! does this is service std of Spidigo ? Pl. note here that we have been this network services from last six years, unfortunately having severe network issues from last six months, kindly look in to & resolve immediately or we will be forced to go through consumer forum.

                                  My speedigo id is patelhimalay I registered more than seven times for my Internet connection problem of wiring and router in spidigo customer care and they told thair technical team will call you. But they directly closed my complaints without knowing my problem solved or not even they never called me. I lost my money on calling and taking connection of spidigo but still i did not get any result from spidigo.

                                    Hello, I have spidigo connection since last 4 year. From this January 2015. I have updated my plan from 512 kbps Unlimited to 2 mbps. I was happy with service till the time i have 512 kbps plan. But after updating my internet plan, I found really really worst service. I never get proper speed. Either If get upload speed then I don't get download speed or If get download speed then i don't get upload speed. (Speed down is more then 75%. ) I am complaining for this issue since last 5 - 6 Months. I get same reply from them like "We have some issue in maninagar(area)" (My User ID : modi88) Even I want to there office to complain for this issue. Though I did not received any proper reply. After complain to their office I got my connection working for 2 Day's then again same issue get started. Kindly help me out to get proper speed. If you are not able to provide proper Hope this will resolve my issue of speed. Thanks, Kaushik

                                    Still I am not getting any reply from them. I have emailed them to close my connection but they are not responding. They Just keep my complain open. So, Then Can charge more money form me based on time duration they wasted by not to hear from me and to keep dead wire of spidigo my home.

                                    I have already aplied for an-other isp for internet connection and I want to get my refund which is valid.

                                      I was using the spidigo connection for last 2 years. Last month I renewed the connection with upgradation but soon my connection stopped working. I contacted several times with spidigo Ahmedabad but they did not resolve my issue even today. What should I do if they don't respond?

                                        I have registered complain on 2 Aug and till now not solved. My internet is not connected and my work is also stopped because of this. Every time I call then and they told engineer will come . So please help me out this as I wanted to terminate connection and want my refund ... Complaint Ticket No :[protected]
