Spidigo Broadband Service people has encashed my check for Rs.5800 without providing broadband service to me. I was looking for broadband at my home and few weeks ago i received a SMS from Spidigo for different broadband plans. I found it good so i called the number mentioned on the SMS. This number is for their one of the sales person (Bhupendra Singh Chauhan). He came same day to my home and asked me to select the plan and write a check and told me that service will be available within 3-4 days. HE ALSO TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL NOT CASH THE CHECK UNTIL SERVICE IS ON AND RUNNING. Couple days later few technicians came and after one hour worked they told me that service is not possible. They need a tower in this area. Very next day i found out that they cashed the check. This means they have no communication in between employees OR they are doing this perpously. Since that day (Its been more then 15 days) i am requesting for full refund. I am being so harresed since. I called them so many times. I went to their office three times already. They are talking . I guess i already spent couple of thousand rupees already to get this refund. Please help me ASAP. Thank you.

    abhishke engineers private limited — broadband/internet not working

    I have already complaint at bsnl, ahmedabad office.my complaint no is 20 (twenty).their is no response from your office till today.

    i am using dis net frm past 4-5 months and till now i hav never encountered any problem...der services r d best available...
    i have spidigo net connection in unlimited plan and was getting good result till evening. but after evening i could not access my connection. when i enter my user name and password there is disply like "invalid user name & password. kindly solve my problem as early as possible so that my work do not held up.
    Is it really a problem with Spidigo Internet services? They had contacted me for new connection and insist that they are providing good service than other internet providers. I am not much aware of the fact. The users of spidigo can tell me better. Can you please tell me that should i go for spidigo or other internet provider?

    Folks,

    I am a experienced user and I asked for their demo. I was not able to use the demo for more than two minutes and it starts breaking. They give me excuse they have nano station equipment and they can do better with some BULLET instrument.

    I have never seen them again on my door step for next demo which they have promised when leaving two week ago. Today their sales force give an excuse that all the instrument they are purchasing going straight to customer. They have long waiting queue for installation!!!

    Find truth your self before buying any service.

    I also face disconnect problem.Also it does not allow me to change password too.As soon as I try connection trips.But their staff has positive/sincere attitude to help out.

    I am having unlimited 256kbps with bonus speed which means ideally i should have 300kbps. I am a web developer & using net day & night. I am having lots of problem using spidigo connection. I am using connection since 19th Nov 09 & almost every second day I have to call their employee / customer care. They changed equipment 2 times but nothing positive yet. It seems that they are new & don't have good technical staff / technology which can handle growing customer base in ahmedabad.
    Complain is agains the Kunal Soni, Ahmedabad, Who has provided me internet service but after 2 days the bullet and antenna was stolen from the Tarrace and its been above one month and the process of refund is not even started yet, the problem is not that bullet was stolen but he is not even receiving my call to answer me at all.
    Yes it is tru their is no true specification or mesurementinstrument like weigh balance for broadband supply that's why this all company's making us fool. i am operating cyber Cafe I have one stand by line of Tata Indicom of Infy 512 which was migrated to Infy 750plan now the story is i am geting Down and Up speed 480 to 550 in old plan, before 20th of Nov Company's Sales Executive have give me a loly pop that company is giving 750 Kpbs spped in just paying Rs 50 Extra and i have chnge plan and now iam geting 750 Down and 150 to 250 up load speed. now company have switch all the custome in this way and close the old product of infy 512 and save thair band with. now another wonder is thair is Tata Teleservice Launch Proton which is the same company of Tata Indicom providing all servce from same server and they offer cheap then tata indicom and giving 200free calls only for geting market stand. so these all are Halke in Their Business
    Hi, i am satish patel in paldi. In spidigo all the eng is not expert in this fild, this is my prosnal oppinion. and not give me proper service. only on one eng is very good. i call a gaurav gajjar any time gaurav is coming only 20 minite. this parson is not watch a time.

    Spidigo after sales is not listening. I am planning to go to Grahak Surksha for their "We do not listen after Sales" approach. I have taken one month unlimited plan but things not working from day one. No one turned up despite many calls and complaint. Personally i say never go for Spidigo internet. They do not know what is client.

    On the connection starting date[protected] I locked the complaint (cust.care:[protected] related to Broadband speed Because I was getting only 71 KBPS Broadband Speed (www.speedtest.in) but my complaint was not solved.So I applied for cancellation my plan.I was submitted my cancellation application on[protected] to Mr.Sunny Avasthi ([protected]) Ahmedabad Office.
    But Still I am not getting my money back so I am requesting to you please solve my complaint and give me back my money As soon As possible.

    I have made the payment of Rs. 1750/- for 6 months for internet connection in ahmedabad, Maninagar area. I was assured that I will be given connection within 2-3 days after receipt of payment. There is no installation till 20 days passed. No body has attended for installation till date. Kindly arrange to return my payment of Rs. 1750/- with an immediate effect. Otherwise I will go for complaint in grahak suraksha with immediate effect. I will not hear anything from company. Only and only refund from the company is required. - Laxman Banda, ahmedabad mob.     I was just going to get speedy go connection. Currently I am using BSNL. In BSNL only once in a month i get connection problem. Should I go for Speedygo just to reduce monthly bill.

    One more interesting thing when you enter "speedy go broadband Ahmedabad" in google search. First page in list of finding is www.consumercomplaints.in.

    In the field of ISP how come company's website does not appears first in the list ?

Whatever I saved in my bill by using their cheap service, the twice amount I have paid to my Mobile operator due to calls made to their junk cust. care centre. Now, since I have taken 6 month plan, I can't get rid of it b4 that. But no way paying them again.

    i madhavdas duseja from maninagar i m using spidigo services from 20 days.i m very disappointed of spidigo they have taken 2700 hundred of six months in advance.they can not provide me good service even for an hour continuously. i have complained lot of times but to no results . i asked them for refund but they are not responding.     Spidigo people are damn and are thoroughly unprofessional.When it comes to money they are on their toes to take it and when it comes to refund they dont even want to attend our calls.They just have one thing to say "Sir your refund is in process'.I dont understand how much time does it take to refund our own money.To be very honest it would be better that you stay away from SPIDIGO.Its better we pay some more amount and go for a good company.Those people enjoying good services from SPIDIGO are lucky and hence i would suggest them to stay with them if they are happy.But for the new connection dont ever trust SPIDIGO.
    don't try to push yourself into trouble...you will never get any satisfaction with net connection and truth is no one would hear there for to listen you...

    try another like airtel or reliance...

    don't go with spidigo, get refunded and switch it to another one...

    The worst service provider i ever found after getting broadband connection of 1 mbps from Speedigo. they have no moral values for commitment in terms of speed, connection & customer services. we had loosed so much business & prestige because of speedigo. we got too much mental stress after because of this connection.

    I request the consumer forum to take a strong legal action for that type of fraud companies.

    My name is Patel Chintan Ashwinbhai.My username is chintan12388 I Have taken plan 128kbps+ bonus bandwidth=150kbps(6 months) on 28/10/2009. and your sale representative Gaurav bensai told me that within 1 month u will get original receipt by courier .But today now almost 4 month will be over but still i did not get the receipt.I called many time and all time he make me fool.I called hime till now 4 times.And today i called him then he told me that he has a receipt but have no time for delivered at my home and disconnect my call and from last 2 times he told me like same answer.so is it yor service????they dont know tht how to talk with customer?so firstly teach your executive how behave with customer.
    And from begining of this plan i cant satisfied by your services..In this 3 month i have faced many problem like changed device 2 time in 3 month and also every month i have to complained for very low speed and low connectivity..and every 15 day i have to faced that problem, And from 13 feb i have very critical problem of low speed and i complained for that and from 14 feb to 18 feb your 3 technician came my home for solve that problem but 3 of them can't solve my problem..So now its enough..now i dont want to waste my money like this without any benefits..so i'm not satisfied with your services.So now i want disconnect spidigo internet services...

    I have taken this connection in December'09, where engineers said that this will work. But after that it worked for couple of days then no more.

    During morning timings sites gets open then after 19:00hrs it stops or I can say speed decreases to 10kbps from 256kbps.

    To get away from this engineers say that your connection is from the window, shifted to terrace.If this is the resolution then why it works during day & why not after evening.

    This is pathetic service, sales manager Hardik Uppal from Ahmedabad has cheated us by giving this connection.

    there is no any response from your side and thereafter i do some legal step by my advocate and doing claim to your company for my business loss.

    For Last 13th January i am facing difficulty in your service. The net is not permanent working.

    As per my face to face talk with Mr. Sunny Avasthi (Head of Ahmedabad Branch)he said to me try for 1 to 3 days i am solve your problem.

    But there is no permanent solution for me, the net is after half of the day is disconnect. yet this problem is not solve.

    speedigo can be better, its cheap but the quality of service is missing, and also the loyalty is missing, company must do something to save their reputation, people think its fraud co.

    Connectivity is very slow & also not consistent.

    In my case their representative told us that their company has removed transmission tower from nearby place so again it is their mistake, they have to plan this thing in advance to serve us at least as per expectation.

    Actually they have to improve the quality of their product or have to refund their amt immediately.
    i checked spidigo connection at my friend`s home and also read many comments on net. it seems service sucks...also i found that their demo and technical persons dont have enough knowledge abt service and internet configuration. they freq. call office for support. However, their price is lower than others...but what abt speed and quality of service.
    If they dont provide service and good speed, their plans will be useless...

    From their conditions:
    "Chandra Net does not take any responsibility whatsoever for any interruption caused by the quality of these links and no claim for damages or any other liability whatsoever will be entertained by Chandra Net either from the Associate or from the Customer or anyone else in this regard.".

    They have all pre-paid plans means they take all money from u at once, but in their terms and conditions, they did not mention of discontinuation of pre-paid plans...
    ONLY THEY MENTIONED POST-PAID PLANS..WHICH IS REALLY BAD...VERY BAD...

    READ RULES AND ASK PROOF IF YOU WANT TO DISCONTINUE SERVICE AT ANY TIME.

    I have Recentely recharged my broad band Connection,before recharging I have told that I will be shifting my residence . When I have asked for the reconnectivity , they have asked me to pay Rs 500/- as shifting charge.This has been not told me the same when I have Informed about Shifting.Even Thou i have paid Rs 500/- along with necessary Documents required by them.They have promise me that shifting will be done within 2-3 days.     I have face the very low speed and request time out continue, down loading speed is very low. I have very suffer the start SPiDigo internet login page and every time i have call the customer care west the time 2-3 hour. Every time your executive answer the change the your explorer, many other activity and last answer me our executive come to your home but not proper solution.

    Spidigo is a company which never goes with its commitment. They tell us to solve the pb in 48 hours. But it is nothing like that. I asked for the engineer to visit at my place it came after 8 days the complain. Now I gave for the cancellation the spidigo manager told me that you would be getting the cheque 25 working days its more than a month no response from their side. And they have changed the number. As they always do. I am sending mail to the company no response on that. When I go they tell me that they would be contacting us.

    I would suggest dont go with spidigo initially they would attend you nicely but its just fake nothing else. 1 year was nice as soon as i renewed my account they are failing to serve. They are only for the money collection not taking any responsibility.

    I would suggest it is better to pay a little more amount and go with reliance, airtel and vodafone. I am currently using MTS dongle. any pb they executive would be solving over the phone or in a day.

    I didn't get a refund for Internet service .they told me on Sept 24th 2013 by Aman Malhotra he sent me by email, you'll get a refund by 14 days now 2 month finished i didn't get my money so pls help to get a refund from Spidigo.I gave them by HDFC bank cheque on 5th Aug 2013 and it wasn't working good i did complent more than 5 times i wasn't happy so I took decision to cancel Spidigo .so please me to get a refund from Spidigo...Thanks

    Hi guys.. Never take spidigo service. I complaint everyday but spidigo not take my any action about it. I have problem of speed and bandwidth quality it is very bad service
    We can describe their service in one word - Pathetic.

    I have been their customer for past 4 years. Initially their service was good, but for last one year their service quality has gone bad to worse. In last couple of months I have suffered a lot with their service. In every 2-3 days internet connection stops working. I lodge complaint, every time their so called technician comes and correct the error, but after 2-3 days o[censored]se again the same problem crops up. In spite of so many reminders they have failed to provide permanent solution.

    One friendly suggestion for all the Amdavadis... If you are planning to take an internet connection at home, PLEASE DO NOT GO FOR SPIDIGO AT ALL.

    I am writing this email to have a notice in my case.

    My plan was installed on 06 July 2014 i have taken the plan of 6299 /- unlimited (2mbPs). I am supposed to get the given mention speed as per the plan but still now date i am unable to surf internet even the half of the speed form day of the installment of the plan.

    On 06 th july we have made the complaint for the same but instead of resolving the problem they closed the complaint without informing to us, the Complaint No is :[protected].

    After no call or update from your end when we called the CC for the update we got the reply that your complaint has been closed, I think without resolution and informing to the customer nobody can close the complaint. After that on 8th July we have to again make the complaint for the same of which earlier it was closed without informing the same to us

    After so many times of follow up to customer care they where unable to resolve my issue, the answer was " we will send the Engineer to your place" but that also didn't worked. Engineer just comes and tell us that we have to install other device in order to get the above mention speed.. Its about more then 72 hour and we got the commitment that within 48 hours your problem will be resolved but till date we haven't seen any progress.

    I trusted the company due to its name and services but i think i have made wrong choice.

    If my issue is not resolving by tomorrow till 03:00 PM i will for sure taking it to further.

    Please do not think of SPIDIGO connection. Its service is worst. If you have complain, the operator will reply you the stereo type answer "engineer will visit." When you ask the detail of engineer, they do not answer..
    Don't even think to go with Spidigo.

    Once they got your money, they will never pick up your calls. I have tried to call Mr. Nasir on [protected] more then 20 times a day but he is not receiving it.

    They are even charging for modem configuration setup. - Before buying a plan they will say "we will fix every thing in a day, we will not charge for modem set up" But once they got your money, they will never show up.

    Worst services by Spidigo. No proper connectivity available after payment for 6 months plan. Complain lodged since1.9.2014 and after daily calling for service engineer there is no restoration of service for last 18 to 19 days. Nobody bother to complete the commitment even after commitment over phone. No provision of escalation level as no body gives the number higher level. Never to select such service provider of internet.

        I purchased 6 month plan of spidigo broadband in January. It was reasonable in first couple of weeks but than after it became bad to worse to worst. The speed was supposed to be 256 kbps day time and 512 kbps night, instead it's around 100 daytime and night time is horrible not even that. I complain in their customer care lots of time the same reply, technician will call and enginner will come. But till date there is no solution. Their pathetic enginner do come sometimes, wasting away some 3-4 hours and ultimately it's the same. No one takes responcibility even. I want to go legal if the problem is not solved soon or i am not refunded. I have speed tested at different times of day, so i'm having evidence of their poor service.

          I was approached by the SPIDIGO(Chandranet Pvt.Ltd.) company's sales executive on 5/02/2010 for the boardband connection.,As our company was about to open a branch office at Bopal,Ahmedabad we were in need of the broadband connection. I told to Mr.Ravi Asani,sales executive to check the fegibility for providing the connection at the 8,Kabir enclave ,Bopal,Ahmedabad.He replied that the company had already provided a client next to my shop.Hence he told arrange the connections within two days.He took all the proofs of the documents/photo required for the connections alongwith the cheque of Rs.3500/-.After 3 days their technicians came to my office at Bopal and said that they could not be allowed by the security to install broadband instrument on top floor.The technicians told me that I had to try for getting permission to install the instrument for broadbend connection.I refused as we had purchased the shop very recentely from another shopkeeper and not in touched with the secretary of the society.and all shops are on the front side of the main road, on other side there is main gate and very big locality/flats, so to go to the top floor by this way only.I said if they could not provide the connection then I would see other alternative and requested the sales executive to return me the documents and cheque.But after some times I found that my cheque is encashed by the company.I told the sale executive to refund my money he said he is a sale
          person andI sould approach his company with written application for refund.

          When I mailed to the company for the refund ,after some time she said on phone that she will arrange the refund cheque and send it with the sales executive but I did not find the refund.Before one week company's two person came to my office and said I should mail on the perticular mail address to get the refund.

          My compalaint is:

          1.I had not approached the company for the broadband connections.

          2.I clearly told that I was only interested if hesselfree availability of the connection

          3.If sales executive clarifies that I have to take permission of the secretary of the building for cable/instruments installation.I would have not applied.

          4.Company and the sales executive,technicialns everybody was the knowledge that they can not provide the connection without the permission and I was not ready to get it.Yet the company has encashed the cheque it is also the matter of enquiry that the company has policy to encash the cheque before looking to fegibility reports and make delay to give refund when there is no any possibility to provide the broadband connections so that without any interest they can use the prospective client's money.

          5.Even for so many calls to the sale executive his head Mr.Hardik they failed to get refund.


          Now I request my refund of Rs.3500/- with commercial rate of interest with effective date.and Rs.25000/- for harressment for last two months to get refund of my money.
          I am having same issues right now with these people. They cashed my check for Rs. 5800 and no service. Actually the service is not available in my area (New Ranip) and they know about this. I am still calling them, went their office (Located at S.G Highway) three times already. No body knows whats going on. They ask you same freaking questions every time you talk to them. They all are liars and thieves.

          Guys, please show me some way to get my money back. I would greatly appreciate.

              You are right They do not taking any actions against our complains, In my Case I got the Connection since last 3-4 months...... I faced DC(Disconnection) Issue forever...... I complained lots I paid 5050 and chosed 6 months subscription....... and my amount of call to Spidigo about complain is near about Rs. 5000 so now I am going to Consumer Court and Will take Full Refund..... I got Screenshots and all recorded call which is proove that Spidigo is not taking any actions against our complain...... Even I am going to PRESS also and will expose the negligence of Spidigo, so please "Suffered Users" call me on [protected] and make unity against Spidigo........

              and I warn New Users who want to buy Broadband Service........ please Prefer Any Third Class Broadband Service but not Spidigo please......... b'coz they do not deserve Third Class also......

                I had availed connections since last month only. Since last month, this is the fifth time my internet is completely dead...... No one is hearing at their office......Even after putting complaint at their customer care, no one call since last 4-5 days to resolve the same.

                I am continuously facing problem with Spidigo, very bad service giving by Spidigo.

                From last 2 to 3 month i am complain ting regarding no connectivity, Engeenir visiting only after two - three time reminder given to customer care no. after visiting one day work smoothly then same problem facing no connectivity. again again i am complaint giving only. Please go through status - till date i am used sufficient net pack. without confirming me complaint no. closing.

                e.g. yesterday i call customer care no. given complaint no.[protected] after one hour customer care call received and not done any communication with him and next few minutes SMS received your complaint no. xxxxxx is closed, how can Spidigo closed my complaint without my confirmation.

                today against i talk with Jeetendra and said him if by today day end complaint is not closed i will through out whole system on road., i don&#039;t require such type service.

                Please not this is my request OR consider as a warning.

                    This is Abhishek J. Vaishnav. My complaint is against to SPIDIGO internet service provider. This company is making people fool.When i was planning to buy this product he had promised me that the internet speed will be like this: In the day speed will be 256 kbps and at night after 8p.m. speed will be 512 kbps. Instead of this i am getting speed around only 50-70 kbps but not more tha 70 kbps..And when i tried to call customer call center, the number is always busy which is[protected]. You can call and check it. I am requesting you to solve this problem...

                      Spidigo is a "CHEAT" . They made false promises of good speed & service. Every 30 mins the connectivity is lost. Inspite of calling many times & leaving SMS to the SALES EXECUTIVE Mr. SAgar Chudasama [protected], their has been no response.

                      I am amazed by the false promise of SAGAR stating that my money will be refunded if the service is below the standard.

                      The customer care department's number is always busy[protected].

                      I appeal to the authorities to take severe action against such companies.

                        I am facing too much problems using my internet from[protected].

                        1. It takes too much time to get login after entering the username and password and many times it doesn't even accept the login.

                        2. Internet speed has become very slow due to which i am facing problems in downloading.

                        3. My account automatically gets logged out within an hour or so, and i have to login again and again..

                        I have complained more than 3 times but till know i don't have any response from the company
                        and also the call center number is not contactable. It's always showing busy tone.

                        I need a quick response from the company on this issue.

                        Please check the usage they are cheating on usage ie even if we use 100mb the usage under 'MY account' shows 300 mb, I had bitter experience. Also when you login for the 1st time in a day check your usage, number of times it happens that usage is there even though we have not used the net .
                        Please educate others not to buy this service

                        Spidigo helpdesk has closed my complaint without solving on 14th December 2012. This is ridicules. Even no phone call is made after registering complaint. I have complained more than 5 times in last 15 days. If this is the service they provide, I think we should complaint to the Consumer Redressing Forum against the company.
                        spidigo is bakvas internet brodband is very slow internet 1 mbps spped =0.56 and uplod spped 0.03mbps please help me

                        Lets complaint collectively to consumer protection council, no point in just writing on the forum or complaining individually
                        Hello... I am also a spidigo user, and I have also faced same problems. Here are few suggestions.

                        1) Call frequently to spidigo @[protected]
                        2) If they don't answer properly, be aggrasive on them. Directly go to their office and have guts to fight with them. Going to office worked for me. Since 6 months I have not encountered any problem.
                        3) Now something technical... The device installed on terrace may not be in right direction, like it was installed. Try moving it and check whether you get full network strenght or not. You can observe this by the small led lights behind the bullet or TP-Link device, mostly in green color.
                        4) regarding to the busy tone on complain number, yes it is true. But by trying again and again it will connect to the customer care. Once you talk to them, make sure you ask for trouble ticket (complain number).

                        Well, I am new to spidigo. But heard many bas reviews from others. And today facing problem on same.
                        Complain Number[protected] Open then closed automatically. Engineered call me and said that he was testing and call back again and then never called again. And ticket was closed. Problem still arriving.

                        As i call in customer service they said ticket not able to re-open. We were create new ticket for the same issue. So, as in spidigo service they open ticket and get close ticket automatic so no one can identify from how long time problem not resolve.

                        Then again New Ticket generated. No is[protected]. They said engineer call you and visit at your home. No one call me and no one visited home and ticket was closed again. As i call customer person ask me that you didn't call with engineer? Means they don’t know what is happening in back end services. Every one working on own mind.

                        And the issue is still not solved. I said to every one never buy Spidigo Broadband.

                        Frequent stoppage of services and even after submitting a complain, very poor and delayed action for improvement.
                        A big mistake by me, chosen a worst internet service provider. Just calling that complaint had been resolved without sending their serviceman at location. Its minus rating from my side.
                        I can't login to my Spidigo page.I am facing this problem from last 15-16 days.I renewed my account 2-3 days before and then too it's not working. My userId is pawandhankani . Spidigo customer care gives different-different answers every time.
                        I using Spidigo Broadband Internet Service since last 8 month. I have yearly plan of 2 MBPS speed. I pay 8500 for this plan. But I'm not satisfied with spidigo because this service provider's persons are not eligible and not honestly. Service is very very very poor. So all friend please please please do not purchase spidigo service.
                        Speed problem and network problem frequently occurred but service is very poor of spidigo team.at the time of new connection they did promice by marketing team for their service but after than they are not stick on their words even 40%. If you call regarding your any matter or complaint every time you get different answer from customer care person and meanwhile put you hold for at least 2 to 3 minutes. Their PATTERN answer is that "Our technical team will contact you within 2 hours" but truth is that only 40% time you get a call from technical person.
                        Again I say that very very poor service.
                        I am using Spidigo Broadband Internet Service since last 7 month and just renewed my plan with package Rev7-Infinity-2MB-75GB-7M on 31/03/2016. But I'm not satisfied with spidigo because this service provider's persons are not eligible or if competent than there is some communication problem in their department. Service is very very very very ... poor.
                        Last two days after renewed my plan I am not getting proper internet speed and from today early morning i.e. 5 AM No network. Even if you call on customer care no, but you see on your mobile screen that "call ended" .I tried it for last 3 hours minimum.

                        It is worst ever service. we are facing too much problem from spidigo and there is no internet connectivity since 5-6 months, . No customer care numbers working. we severally visited their S.G. highway office but no response nor resolved our issue. Please don't buy this service.

                          I have applied for spidigo broadband connection on 17th nov 2009. As per the executive , the installation was to be done within a week . I waited for 12days . After a lot of follow up , I was informed that the connection was not feasible and the check paid by me will be refunded within 7 working days . Till now cash or check has not been received from their end . Also their executives are not receiving call.

                          I had taken connection and which is not in service area of spidigo which is also considered as non RFS area. I stay in ghodasar. I am not getting service when i need. I had given application for cancellation but when I went to spidigo office I was told that they will not refund money. The sales guy(Mr. Krupal Rajput) who gave me connection is not responding. I have signed document of Mr. Kinshuk Porwal who is looking after refund of money changed the statement from non RFS to RFS means spidigo connection is available in my area. Spidigo is very fake company taking money from customers and not providing service and not giving refund. I advice you dont take spidigo connection otherwise you will get tired by calling customer care again and again.
                          FOR REFUND OF MONEY PLEASE CONTACT KINSHUK PORWAL ON [protected]. CALL HIM ON ANY TIME IN NIGHT TIME ALSO.HE WILL HELP IN THIS MATTER.

                          Spidigo — Not getting speed even after many many follow ups

                          Have complained many many times that there is a lot of issues of Speed in Spidigo broadband connection.
                          Even after mulitple follow ups getting download speed of 3-5 kBps on a 256 kbps connection most of the times, which is very very less.

                          Have never seen such a poor customer service (inspite of mulitple follow ups)

                            Respected Sir/Madam,

                            Myself CHIRAG KHUNTI, staying at 11-B, Niranjan society, Drive-in cinema road, Memnagar, Gurukul, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. I was in need of internet connection at my above mentioned residence, so i applied for internet connection to SPIDIGO BROADBAND AND INTERNET SERVICES. I applied for 6 months connection which cost me Rs. 1750. I gave all documents required, photos and cheque for the same on 24/09/2009. At the time i applied i was told that i will get connection installed at given address by 3 days. But till today i haven't got any connection installed and when i am asking them about it they are saying it will take 15 days more to get installed. they have taken payment before 1 month.

                            Hereby i would like to request you to look into it and help me please.

                            i recharge one year internet subscription before 2 month ago.till that day my internet cant connected to server.i repeatedly complain on their number and by their office also.but till today it can not solved.
