Spinny — Warranty issue

Hi,

I have purchased vehicle from spinny at Mantri Sqaure, Bangalore location on 29th Dec, 2022 and it has been written in contract that they will give warranty of one year for gear engine and brake and 3 months warranty for others. I registered complaint that there is sound while applying brake and also gear handle has vibration. The complaint was registered a week ago but still they didn't inspect vehicle and gave me any resolution. I called so many times on their customer support but no response.
