Rc not transferred 4 months complete

Hi my name is PARVESH YADAV, mobile number [protected], car number HR26DG8763, I am purchasing a car on 23 nov 2023, but after 4 months rc transfer not done, last 2 months I am requesting trying to ask but everytime they are making fool, every time saying file submitted buyer rto, first they says process complete in 60-90 days, now 4 months complete.
If you are not able to do your promises then why making false promises while selling the vehicle, you are cheating the customer, I am asking no one try to understand I am facing issues, my relative already buy a car from market and rc transfer done in 40 days but I am taking a legal action against spinny soon .

On 9.03.2024, I contacted Spinny customer support regarding the evaluation of my Marthi EECO 2011 car. While discussing the matter with your representative, Mr. Ajit Singh (Mobile Number - [protected] but often calls from [protected]) I encountered disrespectful and abusive language directed towards me. The tone and language used during the conversation were completely unacceptable and left me feeling deeply upset and disrespected.
As a customer, I believe it is imperative to maintain a professional and courteous communication environment at all times. Unfortunately, my recent experience fell short of these expectations and left a negative impression of your customer service.
I kindly request that appropriate action be taken to address this matter and ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future. It is essential to uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism in all interactions with customers.
I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue promptly and provide me with an update on the steps taken to address my complaint. Additionally, I request that you take appropriate measures to prevent similar incidents from happening to other customers.

Car Took from Spinny Had Severe Issue
Very recently we took the SPINNY ASSURED vehicle from Spinny and had the worst experience
We identified a MAJOR PROBLEM in the vehicle.
When reaching above 80kmph speed in top gear, There was an AIRBAG symbol on The dashboard and the Speedo meter reached 180 ( absolute END) position and the Engine is getting stopping. The power not reaching to Engine.
While we driving on Outer Ring Road ( max speed limit 120 kmph) after
attaining to 80kmph suddenly the car slowed down in the middle of the Road, We Panicked at the Situation and it was very difficult to move the vehicle during that time from the center of the Road to the left end with this Slow-down car.
We Scared a lot with that Situation.
However, It’s completely missed from Spinny's side. I was surprised how this issue was not brought up during its Plenty of Checks.
Again, during the test drive - Spinny was allowed only to drive in the Basement (parking area). So the issue is not Brought up. It has been many days since we reported the issue and Till now we haven't received any Resolution.
Every day we are getting calls from Spinny but Nothing progressing and resolving.

I purchased a Kia Seltos GTX Plus DCT from the Spinny Hub VR Mall in Bangalore 108 days ago, in July 2023. Now it’s November 2023, and the RC transfer process has not yet been initiated. I have tried reaching out to my Relationship Manager and have also sent an email to [protected]@spinny.com, but I haven’t received any response.

Car ownership transfer

I had selected a kia sonet and wanted to get my current car evaluated for exchange. They took 7 days and gave a ridiculous price that delayed the buying process for me. The problem starts after buying the car. The backend support and after sales support is what you expect to be seamless. They say no hidden cost and complete process of transfer will be taken care by spinny. This is FALSE.
They started RC transfer application after 60 days of purchase and kept making excuses.
Apparently they dont support in insurance transfer. The RC receipt was in the name of seller whereas insurance company whom i had to contact requested the name of buyer should have been in the receipt. The RC transfer isn’t done yet and insurance cannot be transferred. it has been a mental harrasment following up with them.

They have sold me a defective car which suddenly brakes hard in traffic. They are not ready to exchange the damaged vehicle saying it is exceeded 3 months of purchase. I'm chested by their service.

Spinny is a worst company and the entire staff is giving you false promises. They will tell you one thing and you trust them and later they don't care to fulfill their promises. I reached out to their customer care, escalation team, support team multiple times and no one is doing anything. It is now more than 200 days and my car RC paper is not transferred. I have a big risk whether my car is in the safe hand.I have also wrote to the Spinny CEO ( Mr. Niraj Singh) multiple mails and still there is no action taken. The worst part is last time after complaining to CEO - Mr. Niraj SIngh second time. I got a call from Spinny escalation team saying that my car is sold an I have to wait for 60 more days for RC transfer. I got fully confused that my car is sold and someone else is using and my RC is not transferred. This is really making me upset and I will soon file complaint with the government authorities controlling Spinny business.. This is a fake company and I request all to please don't make any deal with them and get stuck like me.

More than 60 days now I don't get any update on my RC . many times as I requested that I am going to shift other state due to that I am facing issue. but no action. very dis-pointed which was very dis-pointed me. That's also I very dis-pointed from spinny.

Spinny executives called me promising that they’ll buy my car at an attractive price despite me telling them that I don’t want to sell it to them. Still they sent a mechanic to check my car and then mentioned half that price for buying my car.. sheer waste of time even though when I had asked them that I don’t want to sell my car to them.. pls refrain from using any services of Spinny as they are only interested in completing their targets and not in customer satisfaction.

It inspection of my car done before 3 days ago there terms and condition are giving there price in 48 hour max but it not prove there condtion so i dont get value i want complain too to get my value best and fair so i can sell it other wise i want to file ha complain in court against them

RC not transferred even after 180 days

I have sold my car to Spinny Hyderabad on Sept 28th 2022. At the time of car sale, the representative told me that it would take 120-180 days for the car to be sold and if it remains unsold, then it would be transferred on Spinny's name. But, neither the car got sold nor the RC is transferred. I have been writing to Spinny customer care since March 20th and getting a standard canned response. Now, the car inssurance is about to expire in 20 days, what to do? There should be a definite wait time. The customer can't wait indefinitely.
The last 6 digits of the chasis number is 5012KA. I can share the car number if you need to verify.

Completion of RC transfer from RTO, but NON RECEIPT of balance amount from SPINNY.

In succession to my earlier complaint on this site, SPINNY responded and completed with the RC transfer formality on 17 Feb 2023.
Post transfer of RC, spinny was to release the withheld amount (as per initial deal) within 2 working days, which makes it 21 Feb 23 (excluding Saturday & Sunday). However to my surprise they have not released the balance amount even after 12 days of completion of RC transfer.
Mr Deepesh (+[protected], Sr. Manager at SPINNY has STOPPED responding, who was initially till making of deal was actively calling and responding. Now Mr Sandeep (Spinny ID: VDxx1041xx70, Mob: 95xx39xxxx) at Chandigarh who got RC transferring completed on 17 Feb 23 has confirmed that requisition to complete balance money transfer has been initiated by him on 17 Feb 23, but Mr Deepesh is NOT PROGRESSING the case being at Spinny Headquarters and that is why it is delaying the transaction completion process.
With such a BAD experience with SPINNY, I would never recommend anyone in defence fraternity to go with SPINNY. It is high time that SPINNY should think about its Processes to be transparent with customers, stringent with timelines and answerable for mis-handling of customers by its senior executive employees so as to improve its overall Image in market and the customer delight.

Car Selling / Worst Service Ever
I had a worst experience with Spinny Executive Venkatesh and so called manager Kishore. The price was given to me is 1, 46, 530 after inspection which was way lower than the Online Spinny Quote which is 1, 58, 000 – 1, 92, 000 and my vehicle condition is absolutely good and running condition and its non-accidental vehicle with 27, 284 km with first owner, whereas CARS24 your competitor gave me the price of 1, 69, 000 after home inspection which is much better and competitive price in the market. I was told by Venkatesh that he will give a call back after checking with the manager, but didn’t happen that today. The very next I received a call from Kishore saying he is a manger, after speaking with him for 15 minutes he said he will revisit the quote and promised me to call back with the best price, but even he failed to call back that day and after escalating the issue received a call from Executive Venkatesh a day after saying that the same earlier price. Your Spinny staff is literally deceiving the customers and website is giving a wrong commitments on online saying we will be matching 99% of our online Spinny quote and the offer you receive with us is guaranteed 10-15% higher than the market which is completely wrong. Worst part is that Your Spinny online quote is not honored by Spinny staff but offered by your competitors. Such a pathetic customer experience. I will post this in social media to make sure other customers should not experience this pathetic service.

Repeated Daily Spamming
Dear sir, Not a day passes when I don't get four- ten spam mails from Spinny. Repeated complaints to the company have not have not yielded nay results.. I fail to understand what this cheap worthless ccmpany gains by sending out so many spam mails. from where they buy data or steal it from I don't know.

Non-completion of RC transfer from RTO, even after lapse of 110 days

I am a serving Defence Officer. I sold my Verna fluidic make Oct' 2012, RC number CH-01AR-8623 to Spinny. I was confirmed that within 90 days (Max) all paper formality related to car document transfer will be completed by M/s Spinny company, however, to my surprise even after lapse of now 110 days as on 04 Feb 2023, my car papers have not been transferred in RTO.
It is affecting me badly as I am not able to utilize my NCB benefit of 50% on my new vehicle.
Mr Deepesh (+91-[protected]), Sr Manager at SPINNY was actively leading the sale deed of my car till pick up of car from my place. Now after car pick, he is NOT responding to my calls.
SPINNY is liable to:
(a) Pay me with balance blocked amount of INR 5000 against documentation observations, if any. And;
(b) Complete the RC transfer at the earliest.
It is affecting me badly as I am not able to utilize my NCB benefit of 50% on my new vehicle.

Accidental Car Sold to me Hundai i10 Magna 2014 model Petrol engine Manual
In the month of Nov 2022, I purchased a car from the Spinny Pune branch at seasons mall Magarpatta city. I decided to purchase the car from them with only one condition which they highly meant and keep on saying to all their customers, That they don't procure accidental cars and they don't sell any accidental cars to the customers.
But in my case, they sold me an accidental car, this came to light when spinny asked me to call ICICI Lombard insurance company to start my process of name transfer from 1st owner to my name when I called Insurance they took all my information of RC and Policy which supposed to be transferred on my name. After that, they provided me with the information saying that the process could not be processed further as there is an ongoing claim which needs to be settled or withdrawn. on that basis, I asked them to provide me with the information on the claim made. They said the car was hit by a truck on the right side of the driver due to which the claim was claimed and is still in process. The claim was made in the year 2016 and I purchased the car in the year 2022. After gathering all the information I contacted Spinny and also I was asked by ICICI Lombard to contact the vendor from where I purchased the car.
Now When I informed spinny about the incident they are not responding with a solution either they are not ready to solve my issue, I asked them to refund my money or replace the car with another car with the same amount of value I paid which was 4lac 24 thousand INR.
This is almost started Dec end and till now they are not ready to resolve my problem. The car is parked in my parking because I can't drive without insurance and the Insurance is not in my name. Basically, my 4. lac 24 thousand INR is wasted on that accidental car and now when I want to replace they don't want to do anything in this regard.
Now they keep on asking me to wait, almost a month above and my issue is unresolved. Secondly, the old Insurance will expire soon and I assume they want this to happen to get expire so that they will not be caught liable for anything. So I decided to complain to you guys.
I am asking them to refund my money or replace the car because they violated their own policy and sold me an accidental car which is not acceptable to me.

It has been 110 days and still not recived rc and papers. Getting such a worse service from spinny. I have payed more than 10-12 times fine for not having rc plus i live near a toll from which i have to pass about 5-6 times daily and unnessarly i am paying the toll as i am a local and toll is free for me but i can show valid local proof of car. Dont buy car from spinny such a fraud company. Blames rto for no reason

Its been 9 months i have not received my RC papers. i am running after the escalation team like a dog, They are so unprofessional, they dont know the value of time. always kept me waiting. i dont whom to contact. highly highly disappointed.

There was small damage on vehicle so what they done I dont know they started saying it is very big damage. we cannot take vehicle back and all. Please dont buy from them as we dont know how will be the vehicle they made fraud with us and now they want us to pay for that. Together unhappy customers we can file a cases on them and shut this company. I will go to any forum to make them pay for my losses.

After evalution of my car no vommunication
One Mr vignesh from spinny technical support team came to evaluvate my car want sell, on 24th november he visitedmy location and evaluvatef car bu taking 1 hr time . After that no communication from spinny team its too bad experaince and vignesh also not reciving my call and customer support team also not giving any clarity

They buy car on bad faith - Bad experience
Very disappointed with Spinny services as the agent who I was in touch with for the sale of my car has not been responding after closure of the deal. After all the documents submitted they are changing the price on bad faith.
@Niraj001s, Mr. Niraj Singh - The customer satisfaction on the purchase of cars is also important. If there will be no sellers how will you have used cars to sell.
I recommend you to sell your car anywhere else but Spinny

Never buy in Spinny
I bought swift dzire on Aug 4th 2022.
Within 1 month I am seeing issues with clutch and vibration.. When I contacted spinny workshop and customer care they say these are not covered in warranty..
With a belief on certified cars, I thought proper check of spare parts are done while delivering car to customers... Waste of money..

Never trust Spinny if you desperately wanted to sell your car. I had a very bad experience with them. They initially provided a very good quotation on 17 Sep'22. When I accepted the offer, they began investigating issues that they had not previously disclosed. As a result, I had to foreclose on my top-up loan. Once informed they demanded my credit card statement. Once shared now they want me to close my credit card by paying all my credit limit. According to Spinny, the bank doesn't give you a NOC if you have used your credit card. I confirmed the same with the bank, and they are totally fine with giving a NOC with the utilized credit card, but Spinny has issues with that. FYI I have an excellent credit score but does it matter to sell my car. I am still in shock at the policy generated by spinny.
What I lost: Totally wasted time and hope (in my case, 25 days of hope).
