Sri Jagadamba Enterprises (Bisleri International Pvt Ltd) — Not refunding the deposit money

I am Vinoth, a PhD student for the Hyderabad central university. I purchased a 20 litres bisleri water can from Mr.Bhaskar for which I have paid Rs.150 as the deposit amount for the can. When I gave back the can, he says he will refund only Rs.100 and the 50 Rs is service charge. But in the bisleri can, it is put Rs.150 has to be refunded.
