I was traveling from Dehradun to Lucknow. And the bus operators behaviour was very insecure. I was moving to another city and the bus operators charged me extra money for
our luggage. I was travelling with my friend and we were having just 4 individual luggage. And the bus operators was very offensive with our luggage and gave a rubbish reason the our luggage was occupying thier bus boot space. Please take strict action against these fraudulent.
