[Resolved] Srj Sales - Olx — unethical seller | |||
This is regarding srj sales who primarily deals with fuel pumps in olx and amazon. I initially ordered a fuel pump for zmr with hr auto, i paid my delivery charges upfront but i wasn't getting any response from them, feeling cheated i contacted srj for fuel pump and he asked me to pay 300₹. By the time i paid the amount hr auto responded and provided me the tracking number. Now, i explained srj about the situation immediately and he promised to repay 300₹. Since one month he did not respond to my call or sms. Just think how he'll behave if you claim warranty for your fuel pump. Avoid this guy because he's unethical to the core. OLX India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Feb 20, 2019 Updated by Madhur Shankar Posting the payment screenshot. You shall see that there's only a 20 min gap in between.. No one could have anything other than a genuine reason for cancelling an order within 20 minutes. If I were him, I would have refunded the money.He's also pestering me to remove the post and it is causing mental agony for me.        | |||

cant u see this guys repo .we are his customers from 3 to 4 years a good human being as well as products
all his customers are happpy ur a fake person and with purpose disclosing honest persons details .also u were cheated by hr auto as per ur complaint

SRJ sales proprietor behavior is too good and politely. He talks like a gentleman. when Im facing a problem with my bike fuel tank he assured me everytime via ph calls and sms also with every update of the bike spare parts.(attachment included)please see the attachments. He is a reliable guy. Secondly THIS GUY MADHUR SHANKAR IS A CHEAP AND STINGY FELLOW. He is at fault and blaming the good seller and disclosing his details.
