ADITYA MALL SRS CINEMAS. Your service is so bad how can you people not provide a baggage counter. What are we supposed to do while we come to watch a movie. Today 8/5/2015 at 1:40 i went to watch a movie in SRS cinemas, Aditya mall, Ghaziabad. When i asked one of your team member for ticket unfortunately he said bags are not allowed. Okay, i understand that there might be bags are not allowed for security purpose thats okay. And then next line he said we don't have baggage counter too so you have to submit your bag somewhere else at your own risk. I mean what pathetic, third class service you are providing us. Damn i am paying you for the service not for the favour. Atleast there should be something for bags. And you wont believe i came back from there. I mean if i have a bag then i not to suppose watch the movie right? fine. This was the worst pathetic experience with you people and i will never watch any movie in SRS cinemas infact i also discuss this thing to my friends and relative to not watch movie in SRS cinemas.
