Movie name is GOOD NEWS
I want to say first is your staff members nature is very bad and they collects money nd not gives tickets, ( no tickets issue) only say audi name and seats
I watching good news movie in Audi 2 and seat number 13-14.
Is this Good management ???
My money goes only in your staff member’s pocket. Its not good

Me and my friends went to watch movie at srs cinema at eldico mall sec-12, but it is worst experience, when i reached at mall, their is oily things on ground, each bike is sleeping on floor which creates many scratches on my new bike.
When me and my friends reached at ticket kiosk, executive don't have payment machines, i have never seen that srs is requesting only cash at ticket kiosk, while govt is going on online activities.

Temparature in thetre is so hot that its hard to sit and watch a movie of 2 hours.

I have decided that i will never visit srs in my future.

I was having a small packet of snacks with me. The guard told me i was not allowed to take it inside the movie hall for which i asked the suggestion. She told me to finish it right away. I was furious on hearing this. I still requested her to keep the packet with her which i will collect after the movie. But instead she called the guard and they all started speaking rudely. I then had to leave the packet and asked them to throw in dustbin.
This is the worst behaviour of the entire staff. The hall management should provide the facility for the things which one cannot take inside the hall (Like they do in nucleus mall, ranchi). Please do take the action against those rude staff (2 male guards and one lady guard).

The staffs at srs ranchi especially the guard is too unprofessional and do not have the mannerisms to talk. They also checked my wallet with cards putting out and in for what security purpose, don’t know. No one has ever checked my wallet before anywhere in any multiplex. Such a pathetic thing that they even scrambled out my private stuffs from my bag. Also this hall has too loud sound during advertisements which can make you deaf.

Today i booked on line tickets for srs jaipuria ahow timings 4.30 pm on dated 28th oct 2018. I booked my meal online which was for combo ib (Large pop corn + 2 iced tea + 2 snickers). When on site during interval i reportedon counter just came to know iced tea is not available so i agreed for pepsi and it was really shocked that pepsi servedin glass without lid and straw and excuse was plastic is banned and alternative is under ordering. Plastic. Is banned since laat one year in up so no aolutik has been adopted by srs and all the time providing the deinks in open which i sippose is hygine as to be taken in dark roomand any thing by chamce fell.in no one qill be able to detect. Second it is very difficult to have without straw... I discussed the same matter with manager over phone as he was not available on site he was least botherwd about same and was ryde in speaking.. Whhen i asked to call govt. Agencies ti check why plastic is used for other product then his answer was go do what you can... So now i have fixed an appointment for the inspection of all products which are sold in plastic. Date ans timings will systematically will be known to you when we will directly reach at your place

We watched movie in rajpal complex srs cinema sri muktsar sahib punjab, show timing 1pm movie name afsar 13/10/2018 we purchase three ticket of rs. 450, and movie started in between movie 1st 30 mint sound of cinema was stop working it happend 2 time between 1st 30mint of movie, and we reach to manager mr. Ganshyam and tell him about problem and ask him to please rewind and manager says that we cant rewind the movie u can watch this part of movie after end, so this is not a satisfied answer how can we watch that 1st 30 mint show after 3 hr and how we can joint this part of movie after watching all movie. So this was totally bad experience and wastage of money.

I went for movie "meter gul batti chalu" on 21 sept 2018 with my family, during the interval i searched for drinking water for my mother. And when i asked the staff for providing me the normal drinking water they forced me to buy the water bottle.
I want to register a complanit againt them, why these cineams are not providing the normal drinking water why we should buy all this.
Plz help me regarding the same issue and also tell me how to submit a complaint against them so that we all middle class people doesnot force to buy these free of cost things.

On the 6th of june 2018, me along with 4 of my friends went to srs cinemas to watch parmanu movie. We all wanted to watch show at 10:45 pm, but due to some mistake they have given the tickets of timing 8:15 pm. My friend had taken 4 tickets for the first time and when he went to buy 1 more ticket, then he saw that, timing was 8:15. Then he immediately reacted on it. He told to the ticket incharge officials about this incident and this happened between 8:35 to 8:55 pm. The 8:15 pm show was already started and he told to ticket boy to give him the ticket of 10:45 pm show, but due to negligence he had given 8:15 pm. When the issue he raised, they told that they would bear 3 tickets and rest of 2 you have to buy. My question is, if we have done nothing wrong, then why we should bear the cost of 2 tickets. But unfortunately we were running out of time, so we have paid amount of 2 tickets. I hope you can understand everything, i want full refund amount as early as possible. Thank you.

Complain regarding unprofessional staff at srs cinemas shimla. I along with my family went to watch 9:40pm show of avengers infinity wars at srs shimla. The movie started as per scheduled time but due to arrival of few people after 10/12 minutes and coz. Of their unnecessary tantrums the movie people started the movie again and even after my repeated complains no action was taken. What kind o[censored]nproffesionalism is this. I would like you to take proper action. Quick action should be taken and waiting for quick response.

Today when i went to buy tickets for the movie “sonu ke titu ki sweety” i was asked to pay ₹115+combo and when i refused to buy combo then the person at the counter window didn’t even gave me the movie tickets... He said that buying food combo is compulsory and without that you cant watch movie in morning shows, only evening shows can be watched without buying the combo!!!

Today i have taken tickets for padmaavat 3d at srs aditya mall for 11.30 am at audi 4.
At the time i entered for move, checking counter the lady, who was checking my purse. She told me i supposed to submit a transparent box i. E including gajjar ka halwa. I did that and movie was finished at 2.30pm. I went at checking counter to take my transparent box. I was shocked to see that the gajjar ka halwa was eaten. That was half volume instead of full. I was shouted at counter bt didn't get any help. That lady has to be punished.

I had done online booking for srs cinema patiala for show 12:00 of 4th oct 17. Transaction has been done from my account but i did not get any reply of ticket booking confirmation. All i get was a message of "in process booking". After that i dont get any message nor mail. Then i had to go to counter and buyed ticket on cash.. Will the money be refunded or not???

I visited srs cinemas patiala today at 6.50 pm on 23 sept. 2017. The show timings for the movie was 7.20 pm. I asked for 2 tickets but they refused it by saying housefull. At the same time they gave tickets to other persons for the same show. I contacted the manager there. But they didn't respond properly. They were hiding the matter. Also they said you can talk to higher authoritis.

I went for a movie at srs cinemas omaxe gurgaon sector 49 on september 10 2017, 2.45pm show (Bookmyshow booking id: whkthzm). I purchased a aquafina water bottle and the mrp mentioned is rs. 50. I assume as per the government order the mrp should be rs. 20. They do not even allow to carry water bottle from home. Let me know the exact place to register a complaint against such examples of loot.

Your cinema is running late.. The timing of cinema is 5:15 and till now it is not started this is very bad service.. If you give this type of service then why we come to your cinema.. There is always 5-6 cinema hall in ranchi area.. Please fix these type of stuff and give good service.. Nikhil pratap singh

I had watched toilet movie 10.30 am show in srs cinema endelco mall today i. E. 12 august 2017 but i am sorry to say this i am hoghly dissapointed with the staff of the cinema. During the movie there were some unwabted elements in the theatre who were solely responsible for destroying my whole experience of watching the movie and i am quite sure of many people present in the theatre. They were constantly shouting and laughing loudly during whole movie but the most dissaponting thing is when i asked for staff to give them a warning they instead asked me to change my seat and those people continued there act of disturbing the whole theatre.. So this the service provided by you people who cannot atleast warn some local hooligans to keep their talk among themselves when they are in a public. It was my worst exprerience of watching a movie in a theatre and i would never watch another movie at that place where staff itself are not capable themselves of handling such situations and would advice others too to avoid going to that place if you want to enjoy your movie experience

I am tarun upadhyay ihave working pastly in srs cinemas lucknow site from june 16 to nov 16 because of some family problems i have resigned the job in nov i have easily received my fnf... So for this thank u so much... But sir i have apply for my provident fund in january 17 to my admin lalit verma sir. He say me the pf will be come minimum 6 months so i have waiting for and then i go in office in may 17... Then he say main kuch nhi janta aap head main baat kar lo iske liye.. And he gave me hr number... When i call he say me i do not recieved any documents o[censored]rs... So aap agar yaha aa sakte to aa jao... Nhi to sonata documents bhej do... Sir maine sonata se documents june mein bhej diye hai par abhi tak koi response nhi hai hr sir sir se maine pucha bhi to unhone kaha hai ki maine docoments pf office mein submit kar diye hain... So sir all of these please say these all services are provided by lalit verma sir but he didnot help in any work... So sir please take action about all of these... And sir please widrawal my pf as soon as possible sir...

We came to watch a show of super singh at 1:45 pm in srs omaxe patiala, Punjab. I am pregnant and I was eating something, I took the left over insisde, they said its not allowed. I said no matter, I l take inside as I am hungry. I asked the guards to call manager i l talk to him. They said you come out and talk. I didn't go but when she came and started misbehaving, likwe show your bag and all. This type of behavior is not acceptable. Please look into the matter. This kind of behavior can't be ignored especially by the staff of srs.

As the manager was not letting to get into the movie i wanted to watch and her behaviour was looking like an attitude and was behaving rude to the patrons. I am not happy with the services as well from the cinema of aditya mall. I would request you to take an action against miss shikha the manager (Morning shift) srs cinemas aditya mall..

The Manager and other members are of very bad behavior, I had requested them to please allow us to get inside the theater as we were missing the movie already by half an hour but no one was ready to allow us to to that. The language and behavior was very very rude and they were regularly humiliating us, every one standing their was seeing all the activities, we felt that we have done some thing like a thief does.

After getting insulted by them we have decided not to watch the movie any more and decided to leave the theater, I asked them to refund my money back but they have not refunded my money.

After such kind of ill behavior and insult we have left the theater premise immediately.


I am requesting you to please take serious action against them, you are in service industry and word to mouth publicity is very good and very bad as well in this industry. We are associated with few of popular newspapers in Jharkhand as we are active members of Jharkhand Government's public engagement initiatives. I do not want to give the you my wrong impression that I am going to them but I may compel for that if no action is taken to them.

Nowadays all cinemas provide better service to their customer but today 5/6/16
Me nd my frnds come to know that SRS cinemas ko koi bhi interest nahi h ki customer ko betrer service deni chahiye.sun is reach hotest peak in thesedays.
Everyone want ki cinema ke bahane kuch relax mahsus hoga but today we relize that SRS cinema me AC ko koi bhi arrangement nahi h, we have reached the SRS cinema at bhiwadi for housefull 3 but hame waha pata chala ki SRS me cooling system ke naam par kuch bhi nahi h. Hame waha puri movie ke doran sweating ho rhi h humare sath sath waha baithe sabhi log garmi se pareshan the .
Hum surprise tab ho gye jab 2 times inform karne ke baad bhi koi respone nahi mila.

So we are very unhappy with ur service nd sorry to say give u only 1 star out of 5 wo bhi isliye ki baithene ki seat ke alawa wha kuch bhi nahi h .

I have visited in agra from lucknow last night today i have come to your srs mall at agra situated at agra mathura road.
I have checked in at 4 pm and bought a ticket for 5.30 pm show of kungfu panda3.
Since i was visiting the agra from morning i was so hungry i have searched any food court in this mall but its not there .
I have requested your security in-charge to let me in of the srs cinema owned food court since i was so hungry.
He refused very rudely that he will not b allowed me to go inside even till the food counter owned by srs cinema before the 15 min. Of show starts.
I have called your cinema manager mr. Pushpendra to help me out this situation but he has also in favor of that security in-charge and told me the same 15 min before condition.
I requested him plz let me know if there any such rule and term and conditions printed on your ticket or somewhere else.
He also refused to show me such terms and conditions written anywhere.
Now this is totally irresponsible behavior by your manager mr. Pushpendra and your security in charge.
Since i have bought the ticket so i am entitle to go inside the premise not in audi.
I am sorry to say but if you people don't allow a person to buy something from food counter than what is the point to make it there this is totally against customer satisfaction policy.
I will take up this issue on higher level surely.

Sir, its a complaint from saharanpur on 14/3/16 . me and my friend(from Gurgaon) make a plan to watch movie and see online show it was given jai gangajal at 8:50 but when we reach after covering a distance of 12 km manager deiny to issue tickets. when we talk to manager Mr. Vivek he misbehave with which makes us
totally disapointed.

I went to watch movie in srs cinema in aditya mall ghaziabad . My sister and her 6yrs old child was with me.I was carrying some biscuits and hot water with me, as doctor has asked us to not to give any outside food or water to my nephew. But the guards and the manager itself of SRS cinemas didn't allow us to take the food material and water meant for the child inside the audi and asked us that whenever your child want to eat or drink water come outside and feed him.

Limit he said me I erased by marker It is valid for bajrangi bhai Jan when i went to enter hall gate representative told me you are not eligible to watch movie bajarangi bhai Jan you have to go for bahubali which has started 2 hour before the staff of srs cinema cheated me request that kindly get refund my 600/-and punish people for cheated me

In agra at SrsCinemas, sarv multiplex they dont give you the top 2 rows of gold that is Row-B and C, whether the movie is new or old, even if they have the tickets or space available they say that Row D yan neeche row mein hi milpayegi aapko, whether it may be any customer they dont give the top 2 rows, when we are paying the same amount then why cant we get tickets in the B and C row in gold class, they say that these are reserved for VIPs and when you see the same at Bookmyshow you can see that those seates in Row B & C are available, and the staff working there is extremely rude as if they are making us watch movies. Kindly look into the matter and please upgrade the staff and look into the matter and make it equal for everyone as soon as possible. Thank you Common Man

My seat Q 16 to 18 for 10.30 pm show on 4rth July 2015.Ticket No is from( 006749 to 006752)AUDDI 1(Guddu Rangeela) It is very sorry to inform that in this peak summer the cinema management had stopped the AC before half an hour of end of picture, Extra sweating could not able us to take the fun.Also there is foul smell from the seat. Is this SRS or local hall

ADITYA MALL SRS CINEMAS. Your service is so bad how can you people not provide a baggage counter. What are we supposed to do while we come to watch a movie. Either you people allow us to carry the bag inside or prepare a baggage counter. No baggage counter even at the parking.

Last nyt i.e on 27th feb 2015 i went to watch kingsman 10:30 show and in the interval a man came to take order for food after 5 min and we orderrd for a combo of rs 240 than while he was taking order frm other people there is an anouncemnt for offer combo @ rs 75 than i went to change my order than the people on counter said srry sir v cnt change because it is already punched than i asked to talk to the manager i asked him to change the order he talked very rudely and we came back to our seats but the order was also not delivered and 10rs were also not returned back as i gave rs 250 . such a bad behaviour is not at all tolerable and we were a group of 5 we would never ever go again to your cinemas and never recomend it to anyone else too

There is huge Ticket Rates at SRS Patiala i.e. Rs.190/- to Rs.200/- and middle class are seeking option to other Cinema like Tagore / Mini Tagore etc. To improve profitability of SRS Patiala and to serve humanity - Ticket rates on one day for all shows may be kept @ Rs. 85 and Rs.100 as the same is applicable at Big Cinema at Zirakpur ( Chandigarh ). You can kept the same rates i.e. Rs.85/- and Rs.100/- every day for first show i.e. 9.30 am.
