SRS Cinemas — No tickets are issued and misbehaving of manager

Sir, its a complaint from saharanpur on 14/3/16 . me and my friend(from Gurgaon) make a plan to watch movie and see online show it was given jai gangajal at 8:50 but when we reach after covering a distance of 12 km manager deiny to issue tickets. when we talk to manager Mr. Vivek he misbehave with which makes us
totally disapointed.
sir request to you for a strik action against the incident.
