Dear sir,
I am subhash lohia director of the company interparts marketing pvt ltd situated at 101, raj apartment g. T. Road ghaziabad 201001.
Further to mention that our subject business domain was deactivated in the month of october 2016 suddenly we came to know that our domain is being misused and sending emails to our network which is causing harm to our business.
When we contacted our service provider we have been informed that our subject domain is being misused by one mr. Abhi aggarwal ([protected]) address not known to us, mr. Abhi aggarwal was associated with our company to look after amc of software and his services were discontinued in 2012.
Our service provider has also infomed us that he is using email id [protected]@interpartsmarketing.net and also controlling our website too
You are requested to please register our complaint and pursue for the suitable action.

These directors have accepted unsecured loans and deposits from public in Interparts Marketing Pvt Ltd; grossly against the Indian Companies Act 2013 and Public Deposits Acceptance Rules as applicable to Private Limited Companies.
They had fraudulently diverted misappropriated the illegally borrowed funds and defaulted in payment of interests and Amount..
Their acts is a SERIOUS CRIME under Indian Companies Act 2013 and attract heavy penalties and jail punishments Section 73 to 76.
