I have ordered food from Zomato yesterday dt 26/06/2021 from sanjha chulha restuarant at 6:52 pm and did payment of Rs.1124 at the same time through Google pay. The order was delivered by a man at 7:45 p.m. who said that delivery is directly from the restaurant as the zomato rider was delaying to come due to weekend pressure so restuarant itself had made the delivery and asked me to pay in cash and informed the amount I have already paid online will be refunded with in half and hour as restaurant has already email Zomato about the order. When I denied to do double payment he misbehaved and created scene outside my house and forced me again and again for cash payment. At last he gave his number to me to contact if the amount will not be refunded. I dial that number at the same time to check it & bell rang on his mobile. He has also shown to me that call is coming from my number. On which I paid him in cash. After he went away the status of food delivery on my Zomato account was also shown delivered. When payment was not refunded in half an hour I called on given number but no one picked it. I took restaurant number through google on which i found no delivery had been done from their side. At last on Zomato online help through chat I got the assistance and it was informed to me that the delivery was done by Zomato rider Gorey Lal and he had fraudly taken double amount from me as well as misbehaved with me. I complained about the same to Zomato also.

With due respect I want to state that that my name is Pawan Kumar and resident of Loni . I am currently working in Dmrc as engineer and also preparing for Upsc civil service examination in old Rajinder nagar Delhi. My brother and Bhabhi have filed mutual divorce case on mutually agreed terms . She is resident of Kanoja, Murad nagar. But my Bhabhi has now refused to sign on divorce case. Now she is demanding 11 lakh rupees and threatened us for filing false case against us while we were agreed on 5.5 lakh rupees as a mutually agreed settlement done by respected society members. We have returned all the goods and jewellery which we got during marriage. Now she has filed a false case fir no. 123/2021along with sections 498A, 376, 354, 323, 504, 506 etc of ipc against my all family members in muradnagar police station. My father is working as ASI in Delhi police. My sister is also working as HC in Delhi police . My 2nd sister is studying phd in Lucknow . My brother runs a medical store. We all are educated family members. Main motive of doing fir against us is to disturb us due to service in govt job. We are very scared after filling of fir against us. We have also paid 1lakh rupees check to my Bhabhi of mutually agreed settlement amount. We have all the relevant proof of this false fir.
So it’s my humble request to you that please take necessary action against those involved in false fir because we are doing govt service . Fir can disturb our govt service. So please take necessary action.

Inder sain garg, r/o g-88, new seelampur, shahdara delhi-110053) am merchant of departmental store and i ordered to, m/s sheetal enterprises (Deep industries), deep ghee two times earlier, now i ordered deep ghee again regarding which i made payment of rs 50, 000/- according to detail given by company, axis bank a/c no-[protected] sahibabad rajendra nagar. I was waiting for my order on fixed date when no order received then i called company, company refused to give order saying that you had made payment to that person who is not contuining here, rather i called company before ordering and making payment, company did not tell me about that person who is not contuining with the company, when i made payment then company told about fraud person, company should tell me before making payment.
Company is located in ghaziabad and representative of company to whom payment is made resides in rajendra nagar.
Please proceed this case soon and help me out to recover my money or stock which i ordered from the company.
I called helpline no 100 on 25 th june 2019 on the suggestion of bank manager demading f. I. R but no responses was received from there also, infact i waited for four hours for them yet they did not give any response.
After crossing the limit of wait i visited ghaziabad police booth but no person was there, after waiting for few hours here s. I came he also refused to help me out in this matter saying that this is not our responsibility.

I visited twice s. H. O (Jitendera kumar, contact no-[protected]) of ghaziabad dated 25th june 2019. He refused to take this complaint and proceed further saying that we can not help you and this is not our duty.
I request you to help me out in this matter and take action against such a staff who can not help and take complaint.
Police security is for helping public not wasting their time or run to them.

Dear sir, i dont know whether this problem will get sorted or not but its my duty to make you aware about the situation. As it is getting miserable day by day. As auto driver have permanently illegally aquired space in front and side of our shop in govindpuri, modinagar. We complained abt it before to police at dat time problem got sorted but now again problem has started. If anyone says something to them they use abusive words and come to fight. They drink liquor in auto and pass urine openly. These all auto are of rori village. Dey openly challenge police by saying bulalo jise bulana hai hum paise dete h police walo ko. With due respect i would like to make a complaint against sare homes, md mr. Vineet ralia, ms. Mayuri agarwal, mr. Kumar vishal, and ghaziabad officials of sare homes, mr. Devjit rakshit, mr. Deepak singh, and mr. Saurabh prakash.

Mr. Devjit rakshit came to my office in november 2015 and informed me about sare homes, and their construction of spring view heights at cresent park township, near lal kuan, nh-24, up-201009. I booked a flat on subvention plan on 25th december 2015 and my two of my friends also booked on my word, they are mr. Subhash de, from kolkata and advocate parijat som from kolkata as well, on subvention plan.

But the officials mentioned above has assured that they will get our loan sanctioned but could not do so. After that on our repeated request neither these officials are interested to return our booking amount nor replying our email and also not attending our telephones. Kindly help us to get our hard earned booking amounts asap.

I m mr. Parag kumar s/o mr. Vijay pal singh resident of shalimar garden ext 1 sahibabad ghaziabad up 201005. I write this to inform you about haunting and morally disturbing incident poured on me by mr. Rakesh kumar mishra (Circle officer @ sahibabad) at dayanand park, shalimar garden ext-1 which is 200meters away from my home. When i was walking in the park around 8pm[protected] mr. Rakesh kumar arrived and called me and start abusive language and in the meanwhile slapped me in the public place that outrage my modesty and dignity under article 21 of our constitution. He also questioned my presence there and dictate me to get out of park and by doing this he breached my 2nd fundamental right article 19. Due to this incident i am deeply hurt and emotionally disturbed. I approached the concerned officer and department but these people are not ready to listen anything and start intimidate me. I also tried to meet mr. Rakesh kumar mishra after 1hour of the incident at his office but his office informed me to come tomorrow then on the same night around 10 pm i reached sahibabad thana to meet higher officials where i got the same reply. On the next day i was again felt helpless.

Plz take some appropriate actions as soon as possible and help me to getting faith on our police system restored.

निवेदन है की प्रार्थी शैलेश कुमार तिवारी पुत्र श्रीनाथ तिवारी निवासी ग्राम नउवाबाग पोस्ट कोराई तहसील व जिला फतेहपुर उ.प्र. का निवासी है। प्रार्थी का पुत्र आदर्श कुमार तिवारी रोल नं. बी.एम-016012 कोर्स पी.जी.डी.एम.[protected] की पढाई आई.एम.इस. कालेज गाजियाबाद में कर रहा था। दिनांक 02.12.2017 आई.एम.इस. कालेज से कल्चरर प्रोग्राम के बाद समय करीब 07:00 बजे शाम को अपने प्राइवेट रूम नं. बी-10 गौर ग्लोबल क्रासिंग सोसाइटी, गाजियाबाद के लिए अपने दोस्त के साथ बाइक से निकला। बेवसिटी के गेट एन.एच.-24 रोड तक आदर्श का दोस्त बाइक से छोड़ कर बेवसिटी के अंदर चला गया। प्रार्थी का बेटा आदर्श कुमार तिवारी बेवसिटी के गेट के ठीक सामने एन.एच.-24 रोड पर कच्चे/खंडजे पर खड़े होकर टै्पो का इंतजार कर रहा था की अचानक एक डम्पर ट्रक सं. यू.पी.-64टी-2012 के अज्ञात चालक ने तेजी व लापरवाही से वाहन को चलाते हुए प्रार्थी के लड़के को टक्कर मार दी तथा उसके दोनों पैरो पर अगले पहिये चढ़ा कर लाल कुएं की तरफ भाग गया। प्रार्थी के बेटे ने तुरंत प्रार्थी को फ़ोन द्वारा उक्त दुर्घटना की सूचना दी। प्रार्थी के बेटे आदर्श कुमार तिवारी के दोनों पैरो पर दुर्घटना के कारण गंभीर चोटो के कारण अधिक रक्त श्राव होने के कारण जल्दी ही बेहोश हो गया। बेहोशी की हालत में ऑटो चालक मनोज द्वारा कोलंबिया एशिया अस्पताल, गाजियाबाद में दिनांक 02.12.2017 को एम.एल.सी रिपोर्ट 2025/2017 के द्वारा भर्ती कराया गया जहाँ पर प्रार्थी के बेटे के दोनों पैर स्थायी रूप से उसके जीवन को बचाने के लिए काट दिए गए तथा थाना कविनगर को उसी समय सूचना दी गयी। प्रार्थी कोलंबिया अस्पताल सुबह 03.12.2017 को करीब 07:00 बजे पहुँचा। उस समय प्रार्थी का पुत्र आदर्श कुमार तिवारी बेहोश था। दिनांक 04.12.2017 को प्रार्थी को होश आया। प्रार्थी को प्रार्थी के बेटे ने दुर्घटना कारित करने वाले वाहन का नंबर मौखिक रूप से यू.पी.-64टी-2012 पुनः बताया। प्रार्थी ने थाना कविनगर में दिनांक 04.12.२०१७ को ही तहरीर लिखकर दी थी। थाना कविनगर कार्यालय से प्रार्थी को आश्वासन दिया गया था की वह अपने बेटे का अस्पताल से ईलाज कराये उसकी रिपोर्ट लिखकर गाड़ी चालक के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्यवाही की जाएगी। प्रार्थी के बेटे का अभी भी ईलाज जारी है परन्तु अब काफी ठीक हो गया है। प्रार्थी ने दुर्घटना की बावत थाना कविनगर में दी गयी तहरीर के सम्बन्ध में दर्ज रिपोर्ट व की गयी कानूनी कार्यवाही के बारे में दिनांक 23.01.2018 को जानकारी दी गयी तो प्रार्थी को थाना कविनगर में पुलिस द्वारा कोई जानकारी किसी प्रकार की नहीं दी गयी और प्रार्थी को बाहरी जिले का होने के कारण थाने से पुलिसकर्मियों/आधिकारियों द्वारा भगा दिया। दुर्घटना में सलिप्त वाहन के चालक व मालिक को द्वारा पुलिस से साज किया गया जिस कारण प्रार्थी को रिपोर्ट थाना हाजा पर दर्ज नहीं की गयी है। प्रार्थी की रिपोर्ट थाना कविनगर पर दर्ज की जानी न्यायहित में अति आवश्यक है।

Sir, this is regarding regalia height shipra sun city, i am a resident here and i have a strong feeling that tenant verification is not done here so please look in this matter, the attitude of the rwa is casual to such issues when confronted with such issues they say koi sunta nahee, n they say police kuch nahee karti, khaa pee kar sabb ko chord deti hai, well this is not the way, n i m sure you will do the needful, secondly, people are drinking in the parking lot n again nothing comes out, sir are we waiting for something to happen or prevent it, third we regularly are paying the rwa and inspire of al this my car has been damaged 10 times, inspire of the guards, the concerned rwa should be asked to monitor the security and do their job properly,
