HI SIR/MADAM, This is to bring in your kind notice, On 24-Apr-14 between 10:00 pm to 10:30 pm, meri Bike mere ghar ke saamne (Opposit Police Station, Masuri, Ghaziabad, UP) se hi Chori ho gyi, aur jab mai Police station gayaa tou Maine wahaan par appointed Constable se Paper maanga, but unhone kahaa ki bahar se jakar paper le aao, (but at that time market had been closed.) ya fir morning mein aakar FIR karaa dena. Well, mere request karne par mujhe paper tou mil gya but unhone mujhe receiving dene ke liye manaa kar diya, kahaa ki humne Information tou flash kar hi di hai, receiving se kya hoga. Mere request karne par unhone uss report ki copy par Stamp tou lagaa di but Signiture krne ke liye manaa kar diya. Now please suggest me, agar wo Bike kahin par misuse hoti hai tou kon zimmedaar hoga, agar ek Aam Aadmi ki report par Police hi receiving dene ke liye manaa kar de tou.
