This is about ST courier Pudukkottai office .. My orders usually comes through st courier but never not even one time they handed my parcel to my home.. and when we call there and ask about our parcel they speak rude and will never respond.. when I go there there particularly a lady working the she speak very rude and not at all giving respect and behaving herself .. and the courier guy named senthil who suppose to come to my area .. have never came and he say some lame reason.. so this has been the situation there for long time.. change thee employe or give some strict warning...

Item not delivered and when I called the number shown in the tracking status ( K SILAMBU - [protected] KAYARAMBADU, Guduvanchery, TN) . He was rude and didnt responsed properly and abruptly disconnected the call . When I was trying to reach him, he didnt pick the call and I didnt the proper responce from ST courier .

I sent one parcel vaniyambadi to Bangalore electronic city 13th morning received this product on my mentioned location that agent not answered my call 13th next I try to msg on what's app they sent one location come collect.I say my wife is working on duty not possible to collect this parcel. pls delivery that item.they say okay.15 th again I try to contact him they say item delivered go check security desk she go to check there again I track order surprised your st courier service item returned. I sent mail also no reply. I'm a NRI citizen I feel some st courier providing good service still give very worst experience for me. A camera shop couriered me a parcel through your company. From your tracking service i got to know that my parcel is arrived to my nearest hub at morning 10am. But now 3pm still the parcel doesn't reached me.

I received a parcel today and it was opened and damaged inside.it was costly watch

Medicine parcel Booked on 2nd Feb'23 from Coimbatore Tirupati.

Till medicine not received, After many tracking also no response.

In Chennai office, they says, courier person will reach with in 1 hour.

From morning onwards I am waiting but no one came.

Why you are saying fault information.

Medicine is most important for me, after informed also they didn't deliver.

Such a poor service i didn't see in courier line

If not deliver i will go to court and complaint about Chennai and tirupathi office.

Booked on2id Feb'23 from Coimbatore but till now no response even inform to Chennai office also.
Box is medicine, it;\'s most urgent.
If I did not get or delay, i my heath will affect.

I have booked medicines on 2nd Feb'23 and till now i did not get the medicines.
Regarding this already send complaint through Chennai number nut no response.
And try to concern person contact also no response.

Due to medicine only I booked thorough ST courier but your poor service i didn't get the medicines.

could you check ask them to deliver immediately.

A package was booked on 6th Jan 2023 @ st courier chitlapakkam branch to Chennai Chromepet. but it was undelivered till date, but online status was delivered @ West Tambaram, I am at receiver end. From Day 1 i am complaining about this to courier office, Tambaram branch as well as chromepet. But so far it is not rectified . When we try claim the price of the package they are not ready to process and saying it will delivered. The staffs are...

AWB No: [protected]. Such a pathetic service. Not delivered for 1week. In Mudichur branch seems some salary issue going on due to which lots of items pending for delivery. But ST courier doesn’t CARE about that. Not reachable them via CONTACT number. This is called a superlative ### service. If you can’t provide better service shutdown your ST courier and stop providing commitment and looting public money

I had a very bad experience today. My AWB no is [protected]. It was marked as out for delivery around 3.30 pm and when I checked around 7pm they said they will definitely deliver before end of the day. No attempt to deliver and no phone calls were made by delivery executive on delivery side. At 8:15 they have marked as un delivered and did not attend even one phone call after that. It is highly important courier and need to reach atleast by tomorrow morning. No proper customer care contact number also. Feeling helpless.

We send priority courier yesterday still it's not receive noone response ...we mentioned medical emergency but no response very very worst there is no right person to resolve the complaint...you do the business like this means..you have get good output ...finally your staff sir in your office without work ...your staff not qualify for customer service ... totally i have very bad experience with ST courier...please stop ur courier business and do some other business this not suit for you and your staff very irresponsible staff ...no one have capable to work in your office ...if im not receive the medicine in right time I'm going to consumer court ...

My friend booked one parcel from Chennai, Thuraipakkam branch on 29/01/2023 to coimbatore. But still now didn't get my parcel. I just called coimbatore head office to know about status of parcel they told that still your parcel didn't get booked and updated, so they asked to call Chennai head office. I called to chennai head office they told your didn't receive to head office. From booked branch of (thuraipakkam) to chennai head office still parcel didnt went. Please kindly update as soon as possible. I want know my parcel it's in safe or not and current location. I want my parcel on before Monday.This is the Consignment number [protected]. Hi Everyone,
I sent one product on 24th Jan 2023 to Authoor Tuticorin district (628151). Still that product not yet deliver. This is the priority item for kid. We called them, but they are not respond properly.
This is the 5th time the product not yet deliver on-time to my native home. It takes more than 1 week to deliver the product from the actual delivery date. Even if we ask that particular courier shop they are not respond properly and being very rude, and they said to us that you complaint to anyone. The home is nearly 3 to 4 Km from the courier shop. Kindly take the necessary action for this ASAP.

The parcel sent on the 17th has not yet arrived at me, Come to the branch in KOYAMBEDU but why didn't I come from there? But there is no branch in koyambedu, If you call the cell phone at the branch at KOYAMBEDU, he says there is no one to deliver now so you are something else, What are you doing then the courier service"This is my tracking ID [protected]"
