ST Courier Complaints & Reviews

This is regarding shipment [protected], which was supposed to be delivered on 17th Friday but which was not delivered to my address. I called the delivery agent two times in the evening around 5PM & 7PM and they informed me that it will be delivered before 9PM Fri. Then again at 9PM they told me that it will be delivered on Monday. I asked for the reason, they are not giving any reason on it. If they are unable to deliver to my address then they should be informed earlier to collect my package. Really I am disappointed/unhappy about ST courier service.

I'd like you to let them know that it needs to be delivered today because it is urgent.

My self sathishkumar i am writing this complaint from Sathyamangalam, Erode Tamil Nadu. Recently I had horrible experience with ST courier service. One of my vendor send parcel last week through ST courier from coimbatore. Parcel received D.G Pudur office they refused to come and delivery on my door, asked me to come to office and collect.

One more parcel came this week from bank actually this is urgent one. I have to sign the document and return it back in same day. Parcel sent on Saturday(3 December 2022) from Coimbatore to Sathyamangalam distance around 60 KM from two cities. I haven't received any call from D.G Pudur office till 8 December but they told bank already delivered. I visit the office 3 times it was closed. I called them no response. If they can't deliver why they are taking the responsibility. They should close this D.G Pudur office they are giving so much trouble to people. Worst courier service ever.

My awb no. [protected]. the courier was dated for delivery on 03/12/2022. the same day morning around 9 am with the help of awb tracking we came to know that the package was out for delivery from ngo colony. around 11 am there was a courier person who has inquired an old man who resides in the same block about the receiver of the package. the old man has confirmed the presence of the receiver at home, yet the courier was not delivered to the receiver. the same day around 6 pm the delivery person has delivered the package to the old man house stating the receiver's door is locked, but we were available at home the whole day and the door was not locked.

the activity of the courier person seems to be suspicious, please take necessary remedial action.

I am santhosh from Coimbatore.i had issues from st courier offices in Kuniyamuthur branch...they did not accept my courier because of live fish .i said i am already courier with you but they spoke ruled ly I am very disappoint with your service.kerala, banglore that city are sent me courier in st courier...very bad behaviour

Dr. Carter Singh from Thapalpett, Madhavaram, Chennai sent medicine on Saturday to the above address. Today I got a call from French St Courier Vellore,[protected], Tamil Nadu, India. She told I should come and collect the courier from Kaniyambadi or CMC eye hospital Vellore. Sholavaram destination is not able to provide the service. I said I could collect in Sathumadhurai or Pennathur. Both are on the way to Kaniyambadi. She refused, so I told her to return and I would go to Chennai and collect from there.

I need a clarification if the service is not available at that particular location, which means why you accept. If you told before means I send through Indian post office.

Please let me know if this is the right way to treat us. I will convey this to the sender and share this information with you and my social networks. I am really sorry to say this

Incorrect tracking I'd and delivery date late from sowcarpet to ice house, tracking I'd number [protected]

St courier is waste its not delivered properly . Simply telling no service then why St courier is available . Not Delivered on time . simply telling story . It waste service .

My courier went delivery 23th to 25th today, in online it showing it out for delivery, in local centre I.did not receive my courier and I called morning and evening, to customer care in kanchipuram hub, I didn't get good response, I raised my complain in complain, still I didn't get any call from st courier company, complain id :tnslm11788, courier number: [protected], or I raise complain in consumer case

Please note we had booked 1 Parcel From Bharuch to Mundra on 15.11.2022
The parcel was dispatched and showing that the same will be received on 16.11.2022, I received OTP for delivery on 17.11.2022 at 11:30 AM for taking Delivery, when i went to collect the parcel the parcel was not there, i was told it will come in evening, Today 18.11.2022 when i had gone to collect at 9:30 AM the same story is being told.
This type of Service is really disgrace full.
Request everyone not to send Parcels in ST hence forth.

The mail that i got before two days is saying that my package has been delivered, but the product is not yet delivered, the delivery people are updating as delivered and keeping the product with them.. This is the second time am facing this issue!he is saying that it will be delivered Monday.

I got a courier from Dindigul through St courier I called the St courier person one day before and informed them to contact on alternative mobile number as I'll not be available on the mentioned number on courier.

The next day I got call from St courier on mentioned number in courier. I am unable to pick the call as my company won't allow me to get mobile inside. There is no proper response while I called the delivery person . Very irresponsible answer saying nobody informed me about mobile number & asked to come and collect in office as we won't deliver it next day.

We are unable to go and collect the courier as both o[censored]s are working in company. We will be free only on Sunday but Sunday is holiday.

We don't know y this delivery people's are very irresponsible and simply say go and collect???

On account of Diwali my company has sent sweet boxes to all their employees via ST Courier. My courier no: [protected] is marked as delivered by their delivery person but the parcel is not yet delivered to me or to my address. No proper response from their side after reaching them multiple times. I didn’t refuse to receive the parcel but they marked my parcel as "Pasrt refused" and marked the status as RTO. I need my parcel as soon as possible. Else i need a compensation of same item inside the parcel.

I couldn't able to track with above consignment number. When I check the branch where the courier was sent they said that it held at madurai branch. it's been more than a week not able to track/receive the parcel. Kindly do the needful.

This is with regard to my complaint on the irresponsible service of a delivery and package delivered in damage condition from Chennai to Mattupalayam of the consignment number [protected].

I have sent a parcel from Chennai to Mattupalayam on 22th October 2022 through your Kandigai- ST Courier branch. The parcel contains oneric TV and other items in its total one packages. While sending the courier I had asked about the safety to your staff and they said it will be delivered in safe condition and there will be special charges for TV, so I agreed and sent the courier.

However, the parcel got delivered and we found that the TV got fully damaged and I called up Mr. Jamees from the kandigai- branch and sent him video proof of the damaged item, but he said he is on leave and asked me to inform Ms. Pusothamman. I called her and explained the situation and also shared video proof to her. Thereafter there is no proper response from the team and they just ignore the things very lightly. Really very much upset with this pathetic service!

However I’m just looking for a proper response from your end and also looking for compensation for damaged goods.

The shipment vide tracking number [protected] has not been delivered to the receiver as yet.
However your tracking system reflects that it has been delivered.

I had send parcel to tirunelveli . Tracking id is [protected] . But the tracking shows the orgin and destination places are same. No one is pickup my call. I request you to take necessary action as quick as possible

I have dropped an shipment on 11-Sep-2022 from Dubai UAE to Chennai and still my package is not yet received.
I have teried to reach out several times to the regional headoffice of ST cargo at Pallavaram and there is no proper response.
They are making false promises as my promised delivery date was 25 to 30days but its been more than 50 days still my package has not been received.
