ST Courier Complaints & Reviews

Our dealer booked a courier (medicine parcel) on Saturday. As sunday was holiday i called the namakkal office on Monday morning and when asked about the parcel, no correct answer was given. I waited till monday night. No response yet. When called on Tuesday morning, the delivery person contacted me and said that he will deliver at 3pm. the time passed and when asked, again he postponed to 4 pm and it repeated. Then he asked me to contact one mobile number which he gave and it was later found that it was franchise owner's. He came up with rain reason and diwali time reason and so he couldn't deliver at time. I came to know that the delivery person was prioritised to complete medical hospital/college and collector office deliveries through him only. Why they are giving priority to those while we wait for days & hours for proper delivery. If so much of works is pending from their side why they are hesitating to deploy man power..
Finally i went to their office and picked up on Tuesday night.
My courier was medicine parcel and it should be cold stored. Literally my parcel was late and the franchise manager didnt understand our situation and was lethargy.

My parcel went waste as it took 3 whole days(2 whole working days) and the reason was ST courier, Namakkal.

I will strongly suggest all my dealers to change from ST courier to other delivery partners by saying this example due to worst service.

As my courier received at Bangalore hub on Saturday morning, it's been 4 days and 2 working days over in it. Still i didn't get my courier or any confirmation regarding my delivery. I tried calling all numbers available in goggle but no one is giving a proper response. First of all they are not picking the call after n no of calls they are giving useless answer without asking order details. Literally felt bad. I need my courier immediately. It is very important for me where i need to handover yesterday, but still i didn't get that even.

On[protected] couriered from chengam to Bangalore.it has to deliver on 13 or 14, but today[protected] still it's not delivered.Regarding the same i enquired at madiwala hub, they are saying the delivery boy is on leave.since last 3 days he is on leave, can't you guys do any alternative? How you guys are dependent on only one Delivery boy?This is really worst.The response from the madiwala hub lady is too worser and hard.

Without any reasons returning my document to origin. My consignment number [protected]. For 3days it is in out for delivery status. Now changed to RTO status. The people at St courier office are playing with our documents

I send a materials and my personal belonging in ST cargo from dammam to tamilnadu. the delivery time will take around 8 months and also 3 items missing in my shipment. i call so many times but no one respond my call. very worst service. i suggest don't send any parcel in ST cargo. they stole our materials.

I have ordered medical products on 23.09.2022. I didn't receive product. The courier person from Kallakurchi has given the product to some other person . This is my dispatch number [protected]. Kindly reslove this issue as soon as possible

On Aug 23, 2022, I placed an order in the Viha online and it has been shipped through ST courier. On 27th Aug 2022, it reached the ST courier office located in Anthiyur, TN which is far away from my shipping address. A person from the ST courier office called and informed me that he/she will send the parcel to a shop which is located near my location so that I can go and collect it there.
It's been a month, but, Still, I did not receive my parcel. When I ask the shop owner, he said he haven't received any parcel with my name.
When I contacted the person from ST courier, he/she told me that they have sent the parcel to the shop by bus. For the past 1 week, his/her phone was switched off and I'm left with no clue.

Please consider this serious and kindly deliver my parcel ASAP or initiate a refund amount of 1133.99.

I had sent a courier under priority but the person sent it under normal delivery.I haven’t received it till now.I had contacted the delivery agent and scolded them and they went to police.Wait is the solution for this issue.

Booked my cargo from uae(dubai deira head branch) to india(mumbai)on the timing basis of 20 25 days.But allahumdulliah got recieved my parcel with in 18days charges are also normal.They charged 8aed per kilo for my 35kg parcel and there packing and making all of items safely made me satisfied, i will surely recommened i[censored] wanna do any shipment do visit st cargo...

The product couriered at Sep 24th evening yet to be delivered from their end, If I'm calling to ask the status saying already loaded with full of products to deliver will deliver you around 6pm then what is the use for them saying 1 day delivery this that, I can completely understand Sunday is not working day still why cant they give priority now for this and deliver ASAP which is really needed now .So kindly please help with this query.

AWB No. [protected] courier was sent on sept 19 th and courier is not delivery yet… it’s frm Tirupur to Chennai which ll b delivered d next day and courier agent person are also very leisure Nt replying properly I have made complaint and the complaint ID is TNTPR16538, but der is no use of this complaint as well

Consignment booked on 20th sep 2022 delivered today in damaged condition. Cover wet with oil and document inside is spoiled

I have sent courier on 12th to hyderabad, in site its showing as out for delivery till now.

one of the worst courier service i am facing with St courier, people are not responding and disconnecting the call when asking for the update and saying they will call back, but never called back, Highly unprofessional.

Status in your website it's showing out for delivery till now and these people are saying it got delivered, and the company is asking me to provide the screen shot of the courier if it got delivered.

if it has been delivered please send me a screen shot and update in your site.

A courier has been sent from Tamil nadu to Mumbai on 05/09/2022.tracking no of the courier is [protected].I came to know that courier reached Mumbai on 06/09/2022 but it is not yet despatched at the address.From the tracking number I got a mobile number of the responsible person called ashraf khan([protected]).whenever I call him he speaks rudely and says call me afterwards I am busy.the guy speaks as if he gives free service for me. Today is 16/09/2022 and the courier is lying idle with him for ten days and still not despatched.There were some food products in the courier, all would have been spoiled by now because of your delay.I didn't expect such a worst service from ST couriers. I would never have any relationship with your courier neither I will reccomend to anyone.when other courier companies deliver things in 2 to 3 days your company is unable to deliver even after ten days.

Very very worst service. Did not sent any items through ST courier. Door delivery not possible. ST People called and collect the parcel office. Delayed more than 19 days delivered the goods just 200 km. Contact the people not accessible. So my opinion very very bad service.

Staff are worst, language is very bad which yhey are using. Tried reaching through contact number which was mentioned in internet, the lady who answered phone is not even staff and she ordered me to call later she is not ready to listen about the complaint. This the number which i called [protected]. He refused to give name. Now my parcel is missing not delivered to me. Tried reaching the land number mentioned in website [protected] not working. Useless service and i am in loss now.
