Respected till now my courier is not delivered from you yesterday it's shown out for delivery now it's showing unroute my address is not wrong then why you not delivered my order yesterday please take action my courier tracking I'd [protected] please delivery my order quickly my number [protected]

A parcel has been sent to me from coimbatore. The consignment number is [protected]. On 9.9.2022, I received a call from st courier, vanapuram, Tiruvannamalai regarding the parcel delivery. A sttaff from st courier insisted me to come and pick the parcel from their office. I told her to deliver the parcel to the address mentioned and she denied. She also said that they will not deliver the parcel if the address is nearer to their office. And again on 10.9.2022, I recieved another call from Thandrampet office and the response was same. This is not the first time I'm facing this problem from st courier.

My native is Elavur, next to Gummidipoondi, Whenever Courier came, they will inform me to collect from Courier office, If am aked to delier the courier to home am not in my native, then they said will return the courier.
Elavur not in my deliver range.

What is there devlier range/area?
If not deliver area ?, then why they accect the Courier for not deliver area?

If they won't accecpt the Courier (can't deliver by them), respective post/item will come by post of other service(whom willing to deliver).

Dear Sir, I am Dr. M. Ramasubramanian, I have sent courier on 18 august 2022, 08.02.2022 PM from Manikandan nagar, chennai ( consignment number is "[protected]". )to Ambal chit funds, Trichy. when i enquire about my despatch of my document, Ambal chit funds told not received the document. which is very important, time conscious document. ambal chits enquired about this to Trichy ST courier centre, they are not properly answering.

kindly look into this, to make my document delivered properly.

I couriered my Parcel from St courier pavoorchatram branch on 30/08/22 to Radhapuram. Now its already been 2 days but the receiver didn't received the parcel and Tracking details also can't be viewed in the website. I even tried to contact the pavoorchatram branch, they don't respond to any of my calls for 2 days. Not entering tracking details make us panic. Don't be such irresponsible....

My parents was courier the parcel on[protected]Friday) to Kammagondana halli, jalahalli west, Bangalore by St. Courier. Saturday I received a call from Peenya branch, they telling your courier is in peenya come and collect ur parcel he told, but sorry sir peenya is far for me my husband also went office no one is there, I cant come there like that Im told, that time ok madam i will try to delivered the parcel at the end of the office timing till im not received the parcel. At the same time that peenya branch returned my parcel to Chennai and updated status as Mis route. whether it is mis route how did you make a call for me on Saturday[protected] and told me that come and collect your parcel. I have to raise the issue about it because if you dont have enough delivery boys why did you collect parcels and returned to that. better if you dont have enough people dont bring parcels at all and dont exploit the customers. you are getting salary for your work by why u people doing like irresponsible.

This is Dr.Aswinipriya .M.B.B.S...i ordered one parcel (Herba life product)to kasinayakanpatti...It is located in ST courier which is in gajanaickanpatti...They are not responding properly..and They didn't give us our parcel..They are not giving respect too... kindly take action...And asked them to provide our parcel as soon as possible...

The St courier in chithode Erode district is not delivering parcels to my house. They are telling me to come and receive the parcel from their office. It is 4 kms away from home. I need home delivery

My Friend from Tamilnadu send a courier to Peermade, but Your staff said there is no service to Peermade, so I have to collect it from there.your staff at Kumily is the most arrogant personality I came across my life till now How could you hire such persons as your face?If there is a platform to review your service I will definitely give your staff zero.

Where is my parcel?

Awb no[protected]. An urgent document was delivered after 6 days to KR puram, Bangalore. Reasons given had no proof. It is sheer negligence on the part of company....

We had placed an orderline order on Vestige online shopping app on Augist 13th, 2022. Vestige dispatched the products to ST Courier vellore with POD "[protected]" and it reached vellore on August 17th, 2022

From August 17, 2022 until August 23, 2022 the tracking shows out for delivery but not delivered yet.

when tried to contact the ST courier office number [protected] always either it is busy or swithed off. very unresponsive.

Its almost 7 days since they received the package but yet to be delivered. This is not the first time, but this time too much.

Your negligence bringing a bad name to Vestige.

I have raised the issue and sent a detailed mailed to Vestige office Delhi as well to fix the issue

My awb number is [protected] which was sent on 16 Aug 2022m from Andipatti, Theni Dt to Hyderabad. It reached Hyderabad on 19 Aug 2022 and it shows out for delivery and they given a contact number. But still the consignment is not delivered, I tried reaching the franch express delivery person number which is provided he did not respond to calls. I tried reaching their customer care that is also of no use. I'm not sure whether my parcel will be delivered or not.

Yesterday reached in this courier to destination courier office, and out for delivery but still not receive my medicine up to now. We are call to Ellappan, but he is spoken irregular response and behaviour, In vellore branch is worst . My awb no : [protected]

This sencond time happened like this. Please make some action to them .

Package has reached the destination from Chennai to Guntur on August 19. I was calling the delivery agent multiple times, he answered my calls only twice during my 20+calls. He said he will deliver by 02:00 on August 21, 2022, but he didn't even respond my calls and answered out of topic answers in very rude manner.

Didn't not expect this kind of delivery services from ST couriers.

I have posted my documents through ST courier at August-02-2022.
But still courier didn't reached the destination(Tuticorin).
Now courier status shown as "return to From location(Coimbatore). But courier not yet reached the coimbatore also.

Kindly deliver the courier to the destination location (Tuticorin) ASAP. Because it is containing the very important documents and that is needs to be delivered at the destination location Before AUG-20-2022.

I am from tenkasi / mathalamparai. On 13th August I received a phone call from st courier tenkasi and they asked me to come tenkasi office and to collect the courier. I asked them to deliver the parcel to mathalamparai to me. Delivery address is in mathalamparai.
They speak cruel manner. They told that if i go there, they will give the parcel otherwise they will return the parcel.
