ST Courier Complaints & Reviews

Dear sir/Madam,
Am send My application to my Company Mumbai via ST courier from Madurai jaihindpuram But it not reach even after one week But am try to call and mail they are not Proper Respond till date (11th day) .what I will do.

I sent a package no [protected] on may14 from Coimbatore to Madurai. Address Additional controller of exams DDE, Madurai kamaraj University DDE. Madurai .
Even today may 27 seems it is in transit mode.
ST Courier website says its in transit.
It is very time sensitive package . Delayed delivery will cause rejection by the university.
please solve the issue immediately.

DELIVERY...

For each and every time I have to reach St courier office to collect my parcel which is 8km far from my house, delivery person is not even reaching my door step to deliver the order simply he will reach the landmark which i have given and asking me to collect the parcel at times and when ask him to deliver at door step they are showing their face anfld refusing, am completely annoyed and disappointed why am i paying waste of Rs 80 as a delivery charge when i have to reach the office to collect the parcel and at times delivery person will wait at some place and he asked me to reach him to collect my parcel.

I booked a courier on 16.05.22 and the same was not delivered ...

All the three hubs associated with delivery address - Vellore, Ranipet and Walaja are responding very bad.

We had booked a urgent parcel (course materials) from thoraipakkam chennai to salala barkas Hyderabad
This booking was done on 09/05/2022

Parcel reached Hyderabad next day itself but the delivery person is asking the customer to come and collect it at a distance of 26 kms

Both the st courier person Kumar ph no [protected] and st courier Hyderabad person ph no [protected] are not responding

They are irresponsible and this has created a great impact on our program which they will have to answer

Before booking he clearly confirmed that this delivery is absolutely quick and possible but he is not responding now

Hi team,
I have received multiple items from st courier services. But they have never delivered the item on time. Even if the status is out for delivery, they will take one more day to deliver the same. If we call them to get the response, they are so rude and switching off the phone. It's really unhappy to hear if someone says that i have couriered in ST courier. Chennai Velachery staffs are so lame and lazy. Please put the staffs who are customer friendly and deliver the product on time.

Ordered an product in Erode, they dispatched on Tuesday(3rd May) and it received at ST courier KTC nagar, Tirunelveli on Wednesday (4th May) and it shows Out for Delivery on 4th May at 12.17p.m. bt I didn't receive on that day... Again checked it today(5th May), it shows Out for Delivery at 12.26p.m, bt till now it's not delivered... My place is nearby KTC nagar bt u r taking two days to deliver yet not received... Is it a way to update out for delivery for two days nd here I m waiting for two days to receive??? I am paying nd you are doing ur service by paid rite or else do u think u r providing service for free??? Wat the hell is going on... Don't take ur customer as granted... We r paying nd expecting a good service for our pay...

I have order a indoor ac unit with United Aircon, Reddiyarpalayam, Puducherry. They have couriered the item on 26 April 2022 from Puducherry to Gokula Krishna College of Engineering, Sullurupeta, Nellore 524121. Today is 4 May 2022 and I have not received the parcel till date. I have called the following number [protected] (ST Courier Official Help Desk) on 30/04/2022 at 10:48 a.m. and 04/05/2022 at 11.45 a.m. During my first enquiry, they told that the parcel is in transit and are enquiring the same. During my second enquiry, the are not able to give a satisfactory explanation and there were no assurance on the expected date of delivery of the parcel. My Vendor told me that I will receive the parcel within 48 hours as per ST Courier Office delivery norms for a parcel from Puducherry to Sullurupeta. Nearly 8 days is over and I have not received my delivery. The cost of courier charged was Rs.1, 140/- and cost of the item is Rs.12, 200/-

I ordered a accessory and it got shipped on April 26 till now it's not delivered showing the same place on tracking.i called to the number given in that tracking they didn't even attended the call then I called the place(Ambattur ot and ambattur estate landline)mentioned in tracking they are telling the package is not there.what and irresponsible confessions

The shipment has reached visakhapatnam on 21st April but the package has not yet been delivered. What is the reason behind it?

I have sent a courier on 7th April 2022 and still it has not been delivered. I have selected the mode of transport as Air Mode, it's been almost 2 weeks now the courier is not delivered yet.

When I spoke to your executive, the person as told me that the courier has been shipped via surface mode. Seriously your is so disgusting, I have couriered medicines via Air Mode and there is no proper service to delivery the courier.

How come you people are so irresponsible delivering the medicins. You people don't no the seriousness of those medicines. Do you know how important it is?

As per log, I could see that the major delay has happened in Delhi. I want to know the proper reason on the delay and why have you people changed the Mode of transport to Surface? And you have not informed me changing the mode as well.

I have attached the slip which was given to me at the time of courier.

Consignment booked for the specified address but not delivered and returned back and mentioned as party refused.
since they don't want to deliver in this address, while booking they could have informed we should change the services or planed alternately, after 24 hours they doing like this and no one cares about customer needs.

otherwise, they would have called and informed us to get the item from their office in the worst case.
