Hi team,
I have received multiple items from st courier services. But they have never delivered the item on time. Even if the status is out for delivery, they will take one more day to deliver the same. If we call them to get the response, they are so rude and switching off the phone. It's really unhappy to hear if someone says that i have couriered in ST courier. Chennai Velachery staffs are so lame and lazy. Please put the staffs who are customer friendly and deliver the product on time.

This is selvakanth am facing an issue regarding your courier its been so long 4 days before i purchased my product the person had given the parcel in madurai branch ST courier.still i din get my parcel i need by today kindly take in mind do necessary action.other wise it will be in a big trouble invoice number

Ordered an product in Erode, they dispatched on Tuesday(3rd May) and it received at ST courier KTC nagar, Tirunelveli on Wednesday (4th May) and it shows Out for Delivery on 4th May at 12.17p.m. bt I didn't receive on that day... Again checked it today(5th May), it shows Out for Delivery at 12.26p.m, bt till now it's not delivered... My place is nearby KTC nagar bt u r taking two days to deliver yet not received... Is it a way to update out for delivery for two days nd here I m waiting for two days to receive??? I am paying nd you are doing ur service by paid rite or else do u think u r providing service for free??? Wat the hell is going on... Don't take ur customer as granted... We r paying nd expecting a good service for our pay...

I have order a indoor ac unit with United Aircon, Reddiyarpalayam, Puducherry. They have couriered the item on 26 April 2022 from Puducherry to Gokula Krishna College of Engineering, Sullurupeta, Nellore 524121. Today is 4 May 2022 and I have not received the parcel till date. I have called the following number [protected] (ST Courier Official Help Desk) on 30/04/2022 at 10:48 a.m. and 04/05/2022 at 11.45 a.m. During my first enquiry, they told that the parcel is in transit and are enquiring the same. During my second enquiry, the are not able to give a satisfactory explanation and there were no assurance on the expected date of delivery of the parcel. My Vendor told me that I will receive the parcel within 48 hours as per ST Courier Office delivery norms for a parcel from Puducherry to Sullurupeta. Nearly 8 days is over and I have not received my delivery. The cost of courier charged was Rs.1, 140/- and cost of the item is Rs.12, 200/-

I ordered a accessory and it got shipped on April 26 till now it's not delivered showing the same place on tracking.i called to the number given in that tracking they didn't even attended the call then I called the place(Ambattur ot and ambattur estate landline)mentioned in tracking they are telling the package is not there.what and irresponsible confessions

The shipment has reached visakhapatnam on 21st April but the package has not yet been delivered. What is the reason behind it?

I have sent a courier on 7th April 2022 and still it has not been delivered. I have selected the mode of transport as Air Mode, it's been almost 2 weeks now the courier is not delivered yet.

When I spoke to your executive, the person as told me that the courier has been shipped via surface mode. Seriously your is so disgusting, I have couriered medicines via Air Mode and there is no proper service to delivery the courier.

How come you people are so irresponsible delivering the medicins. You people don't no the seriousness of those medicines. Do you know how important it is?

As per log, I could see that the major delay has happened in Delhi. I want to know the proper reason on the delay and why have you people changed the Mode of transport to Surface? And you have not informed me changing the mode as well.

Consignment booked for the specified address but not delivered and returned back and mentioned as party refused.
since they don't want to deliver in this address, while booking they could have informed we should change the services or planed alternately, after 24 hours they doing like this and no one cares about customer needs.

otherwise, they would have called and informed us to get the item from their office in the worst case.

I have ordered food products from Nagoor on 12th April and while tracking the parcel, it shows it was in Thillai Nagar Trichy by 13th April 2022 but till 14th April 12:00 p.m. the parcel was not delivered.
When I contact the ST COURIER, they they are telling today is holiday and so we can't able to deliver. It is highly responsible answer as they have received the courier yesterday itself and hold it without informing me.

I have sent a courier to my native city by using ST courier service in Trichy Central bus stand. at the time of payment I have asked the agent when this parcel will be delivered. He said it will be delivered tomorrow.

And i have checked their website for tracking my parcel.

It was reached the hub on time but the delivery guy is keeping the parcel with him & not delivering it.

I have called him for status. He replied very carelessly, irresponsibly which made me mentally frustrated.

He is using very silly reasons for keeping the parcel undelivered.

The above mentioned address branch are cheated and they dont receive the gadget on time . They never report the issues on time . So i cant understand the issues. Finally when i call to courier branch number and they talk like shouting . I have too timeloss and i have too money loss . I need to deliver the product tomorrow . The specific product is in my nearest st courier hubb and they not handover to me.

I need urgency . I need to deliver in the exact address .

Too poor service in the above mentioned address.

I didnt receive the gadget on time . They are kidding . I got too timeloss, too money loss, too mental frestration . and they spoke like bad. So i am moving legally . Happened from kottakkal malappuram kerala st courier branch .

A package is not delivered since 24th march 2022. It is through st courier from coimbatore to anupuram, Tamilnadu. In the website to track, it is showing item delivered. but we did not receive it. It is AWB number [protected]. Please help us.

I have placed special and urgent courier with special pay for fast delivery, since it's delivered too late with 3 days, 28th morning ordered delivered on 30th evening. Very important delivery to university. Really un happy with that and it will make failure and absent to my exam.

Dis appointed with this issue.
