My consignment number is [protected]. I didn't recieve my courier, though it's saying out for delivery for the past 2days. Today in tracking it says courier delivered, but i didn't recieve it. I called the consern delivery person and he said he will deliver it today. I have called him for 3-4 times, still he says he will deliver it today. Still i didn't recieve it

    Package on hold

    Sir I send courier from Chennai to Gujarat ( Anand .vv nagar) but still now courier was not delivered..and I also track the package so many times but no information appear abt this..pls help me and send the courier to correct destination...

    Sent courier to sivaganga from coimbatore. . But mistake was in Bangalore they collect the courier and delivered it wrong location I try to contact them no one response. I called and make complaint in chennai costumer carer service, they are responses also I'm not satisfied. very very very bad delivery and booking st courier in papanaikenpalaiyam coimbatore. imidiatly delevery action for my cover holding at karaikudi hub.

            Hello sir/madam, I m in perungulathur, chennai. In perungulathur st courier hub most of the time the courier boy get leave. If I asked to stcourier office incharge, he said, come and collect the courier. Sometimes harshly said. We paid courier charges for home delivery. Very very irresponsible. I m not getting my courier in correct time. Out for delivery status come for 3 three days but I didn't receive any courier

                The manager and Staff in Namakkal branch is not treating the customer proper. They are abusing the customer. take the action immediately .

                  The manager and staff at ST courier misbehaving with customer. There is no proper response from them while check for product. If you are not taking immediate action it will lead to police complaint. Do the action asap

                    I just got a call from ST Courier, Kayarambedu from a service person named Silambarasan stating that he won't deliver the courier at door step and forced me to collect it from the office otherwise he would send it back.
                    I get all my courier services done at door step without any issues so far and this service person is so commanding and rude simply called to collect from office.

                    Kindly do the needful to deliver the courier at the door step

                            Your delivery person([protected] ), didn't have proper Attention on customer address Demanding to send My telivison from a brand to pay for Auto delivery, also He Replied as my mobile not reachable and He was in near my on address of Delivery, But even though I took my bike to coordinate Him he was not there replied over call As ur Busy I have to Deliver more customers, Then You guys chose this platform FOR what Reason.                                 Courier was not delivered in time so I called Kinathukadavu branch incharge cum delivery boy Mr.Sathish, very worst and irresponsible response from him.
                                He is carring our parcel for past 2days, in tracking it's showing out of deliver for past 2days

                                    Delivery Man said evening 5.30pm to 6.30pm only Delivery to customers location, if needed earlier you can collect from ST Branch HUB office but this Delivery already one day delayed, I requested we are bank sector you can Delivery office working hours 10.00 am to 5.00pm but Delivery Man denied my request.

                                      The office person whos incharge is very lethargic and very impolite in replying the customer. This is not the first time he is doing this to me. When i tracked the status it shows its out for delivery, when i contacted the person whos delivering his attitude is also the same he tells once in 2 days only we deliver the parcel if you want you come to the office and collect. No words to describe how impolite, he yells at me. Take necessary action or Im escalating the issue to the next level, verbally harassing a women, Iwould need social medias help for my rescue and to address ST courier as a whole.
