On 18.06.21 i got my cover in open position. My valuable key as been missed.

Hello Sir,

I received a consignment [protected] on Friday 18-Jun. I received a call from ST courier to receive the courier in person. Since, there is nobody available to collect, I requested them to deliver it at home. They have returned the package as the receiver refused to collect it. When I inquired about delivery, they were talking with no mercy. kindly help to get the consignment delivered properly.

I talked to the numbers below to inquire about delivery.[protected],[protected].

The above parcel reached Hyderabad HUB @ JUNE 15TH, it's been 5 DAYS, MY PARCEL came here, i[censored] can't deliver within time then what is the use o[censored]r parcel, I had live plants inside no one is delivering it, in transit 3 days now u keep it in ur FACILITY AND DO POOJA FOR ANOTHER 5 DAYS 👍.MY PARCEL IS WASTE NOW BECOZ O[censored] GUYS.

I ordered some items yesterday, so I call and ask st courier person, he is speaking like drunk person, what a stupid people having this courier

I would like to state that, I had despatched one parcel to Gotam purohit as 113, Musafir Khana Road, Crawford Market, Mumbai CST Area, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400001, India on 12.03.2021.But the parcel was not yet received, I have visited ST courier office more that 50 times but no respond from them and WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE around 3 months gone this is very disappointment to us.Please find my parcel and send pod copy to my mail id with in one week.Next step I will book a case against you on Department of consumer affairs and claim legally.Thankyou.

Parcel has to be delivered today, the delivery person just called once to clarify the address, and only picked up the call after several calls by me, His answering tone was very filthy and arrogant, that he can’t deliver the parcel and said us to collect it by Monday, I got very frustrated about his behaviour, and contacted to the head office, another girl staff started arguing with their delivery person and mentioning “ all the ST.courier ppl will used to behave like this” very disappointed with their worst and filthy behaviour, pls take action on them - phn : [protected] Vinodh kumar (delivery guy ) phn : [protected] ( office staff )

The recent events with ST courier was not friendly. They say there is no delivery to home and we have to pick up every time. If asked any questions like where is the package they behave very rudely. Is asking status of package wrong? Also I would like to know why there is no delivery

Hello sir actually my parcel has to be delivered to a place its pin code is 506365 but it didnt reach from 1 month, it has stopped at a place called warangal plzz aolve my problem

We used ur service past 5 years. Presently I am totally disappointed because of missing of my items. My track number [protected] today I received my parcel with brown parcel tape unusual condition. I checked my items their is a missing of half kg pakkoda.. and some snacks are ate by your service people's. I am totally disappointed by your service. File my complaint and I need answer and clarification regarding my complaint as soon as possible. And tell me other way of complaint procedure if any. I feel totally insecure because of this missing item. I won't use ur st courier in future if my complaint not answered. I attached photos o[censored]n opened and opened pic.. tasted lattu box, and their is a missing of 1/2 kg snack pakkoda.

Some parcel has been shipped from Salem to Hosur through ST courier on[protected]. While tracking the consignment no. I found that the parcel has reached Hosur on[protected]. But still now I have not received the parcel yet. Kindly resolve the issue

Hi I'm karthi from Tirupur I have order medicine in netmeds they give the parcel to st courier and parcel received St office. St courier boy called me picked the medicine to me they told your home is not our limit.i think this the work of delivery boy ????

We sent a parcel from Coimbatore to kottapalayam (621003). It consists of medical items. The tracking I'd stated consignment out for delivery so I called the given number ([protected]). The respective person replied we can't deliver to your village, instead come to thuraiyur and collect it (25km), it wasn't conveyed during intial process so please deliver my consignment and I'm raising the same issue to consumer court. For your reference

I am karthik from Kakkilchikkayanpatty in-between the main highway of Cumbum and Uthamapalayam of Theni Dt. My friend sent me a courier from Madurai to kakkichikayanpatty last week. It was reached to Cumbum ST courier office, they called me you have a courier pudupatty is only our limit your place is not our limit so unable to delivery to your place (actually its walkable distance from pudupatty to kakkilchikkayanpatty) so come and get it, I replied plz delivery our place is including pudupatty pin code. They were not delivered and sent it back to madurai. Madurai ST people called me I explained the issue. Again they sent the courier to Uthamapalayam ST courier office, it was reached yesterday (15.06.2021) they called me he was also told your place in not our limit so plz come and collect your courier. Cumbum ST told your place is not our limit, Uthamapalayam ST told your place is not our limit, my place is in-between of cumbum and uthamapalayam. Actually where is our limit? How will I get my courier? Who will deliver my courier?

I am Sebastin Selvaraj from Nagapattinam District Tamilnadu. I would like to lure your attention to an important issue that I faced regularly and am depressed, That the St courier services put too much charges on goods to deliver. Which branch office is locating in Nagapattinam district.
The company members talking very rudely on customer. Please take necessary action against this company and members

Today a parcel is to be delivered.AWB no:[protected].The status was out for delivery and a contact person number is provided with Name Mr.Sathish ph:[protected].The delivery is for Koundampalayam area coimbatore.when I didn't receive the parcel till evening, I called the delivery person .He told there is a problem with our pin code and asked us to get the parcel from the office or else it will get delivered on Monday.I am frustrated.When I again called him he told that he will talk within minutes and I didn't get any response there after.its a much awaited parcel and I am utterly disappointed. Kindly take action.

Complaint:

Agent is not delivering the parcel.

They are asking us to collect from their place.

ST Courier are doing a great Job in the COVID time.

The timely handling of the Logisitic is very Good.

But your Delivery agent is not working in the same order.

this is the third time the person is asking us to collect it from their place.

We are in need of the material and hence we are forced and Exploited by the delivery agents.

We request the top management to contact the Delivery agent and warn them and not to repeat the same.

When all other Courier Company agents are doing Door Delivery why not them.

we will appricate if any action taken.

Hi, I have send a healthmix flavour to my friend from tambaram to valasaravakkam but the food product pack was completely damaged. It was mixed with other flavours packed in the same. The product cost is rs.950, hence I need the complete refund from yourside. The pack reached the 500km distance easily and even to Odisa safely but this was damaged when the distance is very less ie. 55 km. This is the second time the package was damaged within chennai.

Hi, A courier was sent by a vendor from Chennai to Erode and it reached chittode office today but they are asking to come and collect from courier office. I am out of station and only elders are at home so they can’t come and collect from office. From courier office they are not ready to deliver to home. If this is the process why should courier office be functioning during pandemic. If you are not delivering at home then why you are charging us full payment?
