We received from delivery person mobile no [protected], he asked to come main road and collect goods in 7pm ..he is not coming to home and delivered goods .we asked to come to home but he is not accepting to come ..if you want come and collect or otherwise return back to sender ..this is not expecting from st courier service..

    Your company delivery man had came today to delivery my parcel today, when he came at 3.20pm on (24 June 2021). I was in important meeting at that time so I opened door on a 5minutes delay.
    In that time your company delivery man had spoke very rudely using bad words to our neighbours and when I went outside he was shouting very badly and to me, it was a big ashame. He want to regret for that otherwise I will take legal action for this incident.he said that he was ringing me for past 3 days but I don't get any single call not even single message about delivery of parcel. (I am attaching my parcel photo with this) for sure he want to apologise as I am trusting ST COURIER, I AM USING YOUR SERVICE FOR PAST 10 YEARS, SO I BELIEVE YOU WILL TAKE NECESSARY ACTION ON THIS ISSUE SOON. (GOOD COMPANY'S REPUTATION SHOULD NOT SPOIL BECAUSE OF THIS ONE WORST WORKER)

      Sir we booked delivery from thirchy to mangalam way bill no AWB NO[protected] IN name of syed imran on 21.6.21 but we not recieved goods till 24.6.2021 service is not good asking courier office he is not responding calls so please send goods immedaitely.

        My Uncle couriered a important Item to Kayathar, Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu to my mother.

        Inspite of proper delivery to the mentioned address my mother got abused and scolded by Kovilpatti brach guy to get it from Kovilpatti.

        She a widower and get abused i will rasie a police complaint against your employee if not delivered .

          what kind of process it - will pay travel fees for it if I go n collect?

                Hello Sir,

                I received a consignment [protected] on Friday 18-Jun. I received a call from ST courier to receive the courier in person. Since, there is nobody available to collect, I requested them to deliver it at home. They have returned the package as the receiver refused to collect it. When I inquired about delivery, they were talking with no mercy. kindly help to get the consignment delivered properly.

                      I would like to state that, I had despatched one parcel to Gotam purohit as 113, Musafir Khana Road, Crawford Market, Mumbai CST Area, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400001, India on 12.03.2021.But the parcel was not yet received, I have visited ST courier office more that 50 times but no respond from them and WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE around 3 months gone this is very disappointment to us.Please find my parcel and send pod copy to my mail id with in one week.Next step I will book a case against you on Department of consumer affairs and claim legally.Thankyou.

                        Parcel has to be delivered today, the delivery person just called once to clarify the address, and only picked up the call after several calls by me, His answering tone was very filthy and arrogant, that he can’t deliver the parcel and said us to collect it by Monday, I got very frustrated about his behaviour, and contacted to the head office, another girl staff started arguing with their delivery person and mentioning “ all the ST.courier ppl will used to behave like this” very disappointed with their worst and filthy behaviour, pls take action on them - phn : [protected] Vinodh kumar (delivery guy ) phn : [protected] ( office staff )

                          The recent events with ST courier was not friendly. They say there is no delivery to home and we have to pick up every time.                                 We used ur service past 5 years. Presently I am totally disappointed because of missing of my items. My track number [protected] today I received my parcel with brown parcel tape unusual condition. I checked my items their is a missing of half kg pakkoda.. and some snacks are ate by your service people's. I am totally disappointed by your service. File my complaint and I need answer and clarification regarding my complaint as soon as possible. And tell me other way of complaint procedure if any. I feel totally insecure because of this missing item. I won't use ur st courier in future if my complaint not answered. I attached photos o[censored]n opened and opened pic.. tasted lattu box, and their is a missing of 1/2 kg snack pakkoda.

                                      We sent a parcel from Coimbatore to kottapalayam (621003). It consists of medical items. The tracking I'd stated consignment out for delivery so I called the given number ([protected]). The respective person replied we can't deliver to your village, instead come to thuraiyur and collect it (25km), it wasn't conveyed during intial process so please deliver my consignment and I'm raising the same issue to consumer court.
