A poetry book Efflorescence 2020 was despatched to Dr. Joseph Winston at Kalpakkam. It has not been received, neither has it been returned to me.
I am the Secretary of the Chennai Poets' CIrcle, It is a loss of face to me personally and to our Association.

      Sir, i booking courier from Erode (ST Courier, Near Collectorate) to Virudhunagar. in booking parcel i mention Handle with care in parcel. but after delivery to customer that material in parcel was broken. after customer informed that parcel broken in delivery. my Material rate Rs. 4250 Loss due to your service mistake. then i contact to ST Courier staff in (Erode). He is say's irresponsible answer. i am very disappointment ST Couirer services after this incident. please say the answer who is responsible to my parcel after given to safe delivery.

Till now the package has not been received. The package was booked under the name M C CHINNASAMY. I made an enquiry through cal but still no one has responded. So help me with this issue.

                  Hi

                  I want to report the owner & employees of the below location ST Courier office.

                  I had a parcel which has been delivered on 21-Jan-2021 but I've not received it on time. When I called they said that they have contacted my number &I didnt respond to their calls which was a lie. Finally they asked to collect it from their office. Why do I have to visit & collect it ? They suppose to do a home delivery and it is their job and we are paying for that.

                  I had a fight and finally they accepted to home delivery. This is not a 1st time as I've already faced the same situation where I've collected the parcel from their office. The franchise owner/supervisor he is utter waste and liar He was very rude over the call l & even during parcel deliver.

                  If he continue such worst behaviour, I'll file a police case against him

                                Very Worst Service. Giving Mental Pressure.
                                I have my own bad experience. They did not deliver on time, did not deliver even after 3 days. When asked about the parcel and reason for delay, courier service person ([protected]) threated that he will return back my parcel. That call ended in argument.
                                That courier service person ([protected]) recorded our conversation and showed it to the persons to whom and I have sent the parcel in Namakkal at the time of delivery.
                                Recording the calls and showing to the persons to whom we are sending parcels is unethical. It created unwanted tension to me and between the relations.
