Hi Sir/madam,

I am from palani. My relative sent courier from coimbatore on 11thJan2021.

But i have not yet received courier.almost 3 days over.

I called ST courier palani. They have not respond properly and answered very careless.

Please let us know when we get courier?

Today date is 14thJan2021.

Yesterday went ST courier office at 7pm. Office was closed.

I called them, they told office will open on 16thJan2021.

Then why we have to send courier? What is the purpose of courier?
We dont know

Worst experience ever.

12/1/20 booking on the courier in kallakurichi to Salem, but still am not received the courier, it’s a medical instruments it’s used for patients treatments, kindly locate and deliver me the courier a soon .. Salem hub not recived the courier, AWB NUMBER-[protected], booking name HY DENT LABS NO 6 Cheran road Vidhya nagar ammapet, Salem -3 .. cell [protected]

I supposed receive a package from chennai to my location sagareddy-near to hyderabad. shipment was registered at chennai at 8th January 2021 and dispatched to hyderabad and reached hyderbad on 9th January-2021. See the tracking snapshot. the same day the status was changed to Out for Delivery. I tracked on 11th Jan and raised a complaint and i informed that it is food item, if you take more time, it will be spoiled.Then i was told, it will be delivered today itself, but till now[protected] the shipment was not delivered. i made more than 10 calls, still it was not delivered. Finally i got the delivery boy number and called him and i was told that he did not get any package to deliver me. and he will check and try to deliver me tomorrow (14th Jan)

Dear Team,

We had a courier to be received from madurai to Sendurai (Tamil nadu). If the courier service to Sendurai is not deliverable it sould not be accepted at Madurai. But the people at Madurai office accepted it. It came to NATHAM office which is nearest to Sendurai. While sending the courier the mobile number entered was wrong it seems it has only 9 digits. I was waiting for the courier to be delivered to me... Since I didn't get any call/message after 3 days of parcel being held at NATHAM, I tracked it via the portal. I called to Mr. mohan at NATHAM office and asked for the status. He said the mobile number entered was wrong and I gave him the right mobile number. Also I have asked him, if the parcel is not deliverable to a specific place why they accepted. And asked him to keep and I will come and collect. When I reach the office to collect the parcel he said it has been returned. Later I came to know he didn't informed anything about my conversation to the concern delivery team also the mobile number I gave is not updated in the system/parcel. I have never seen such a irresponsible behaviour from the ST courier service before. If they returned it in the very next day also I would be feeling very better. Or if their intention is to deliver it to me then why mr.mohan didn't informed this to the delivery team nor he didn't contacted me and informed about the return.

Why my parcel struck at NATHAM office for such a long time with out any reason.

I Am Manager Hr from Sun Pharma, located at Sathammai Village, Karunkuzhi Post, Madhuranthagam Taluk, Chengalpattu District.

Recently we are not getting delivery from ST courier. They call from office (madhuranthagam or chengalpattu) saying that we do not have service and ask us to collect the courier. When done initially it becomes practice.

I just wanted to know if there is no delivery, then why the courier is picked up? Or is it the game played by the courier office to save their money? It creates bad customer experience

In the tracking site, the status on 12.01.2021 for the above awb no is shown as "party refused and so undelivered" by the mambalam courier person which is utter false. He even didn't come to my house on 12.01.2021. This is the 2nd time he is wrongly updating it in the tracking site for the same awb no. within a week.
Ist time it was on 08.01.2021 which was already complained.

[protected] - TNMAA 65864 are still pending even after a lapse of 5 days for a local delivery. I don't know what is going on.

Dear team I have send a Courier in your k.puthur Madurai branch It will not receive address at the same time your company employees not informed me 4 months late I will get details but the employee not answer properly worst service I have send a dd for 40000 rs

This consignment has not reached the right destination when checked the tracking it says its in Vellore. I did contact the numbers [protected], [protected] but they had confirmed this parcel is not with them. And no response is being made also. Customer is completely frustrated and I'm raising it.

But still now my Customer has not received the order. Please tell me in further why should I believe you to send my parcel through your courier service.

I don't know where the courier is. online tracking is not working... No customer care for this company...it is important medicines ...I don't kmow if I'll ever get this parcel.. why does this company has no online tracking facility? That website never works...

The mambalam courier person came to our house on 08.01.2021 evening at about 4 pm misbehaved, talked roughly & singularly and went away without delivering the above 4 packages. We didn't refuse the packages. But in the tracking status it was shown as "refused by the party" by the mambalam courier person which is utter false. The next day 09.01.2021, 2 packages out of 4 were delivered. Still following 2 packages are pending: [protected] and [protected]. Already 4 days gone. Pl. Deliver them immediately and also let me know the status/action on the above 4 compliants.

I have send a parcel from Perambur to Arakkonam ([protected]) on 30/11/2020. Till now the parcel didnt reached the destination.The courier agent is now saying that the parcel is missing . Â

I have send a parcel from Muvattupuzha to Cherthala ([protected]) on 31/12/2020. Till now the parcel didnt reached the destination.The courier agent is now saying that the parcel is missing .

Product was handed over on 29th December but it was MISSED to dispatch. After multiple follow ups it came to dispatch on Jan 5th 2021 after 7 days of the original handover date.

After that, STILL DID NOT receive the courier. And hearing blame reasons from the representative to whom the courier is currently with.,

Talking very rude and need to go some school classes to learn how to speak respecfully.

It's to delay for delivering the parcel from Tirupati to Sullurpeta it took almost 6 days for just 80 kms distance to deliver the parcel still I am awaiting to receive my parcel which is dispatched on Dec 30

6.01.2021, [protected], again i complaint the same branch of anupuram st coriure chengalpattu DT.no he told, i am not delivery, Today my parcel came from theny DT. I call and ask the person, again he told, In this delivery not for gain.

One of my friend from madurai he has sent one parcel on 31st dec to me. I am from Chennai today is 5th how long ST courier will take to delivery. Tried reaching the delivery person contact number which is given in tracking. No use no response. Placed a complaint yesterday this is the sms i got. "We acknowledge the receipt of your complaint about AWB No. [protected] and the complaint ID is TNIXM15537". Today I called to check the status of the complaint lady Said will sure delivery today. No one has contacted me till now. This is how ST couriers works totally disgusting.

Hai, i am in anupuram (Department of atomic energy down ship).Chengalpattun (Dt).Last 3 parcel sent from theny (Dt) to anupuram.But anupuram branch person not delivery to me.And not inform me.I called that person.He irresponsible answer to me.He told, o i am send to the delivery only gain, delivery no gain. You want urgent you can use other courier service(Professional courier) . So i am abset and iam not satisfied.
