I booked for the first time a consignment [protected]
coimbatore to Bangalore on 18nov at coimbatore. This parcel reached
banglore on 19th morning.I had sent an email enquiring about the delivery & today i come to know that this area there is no service.

1.IF THERE WAS NO SERVICE TO THIS AREA THEN WHY WAS THE CONSIGNMENT ACCEPTED?

2.THEY ARE ASKING THE CLIENT TO COLLECT IT FROM MADIVALA OFFICE.

IF I HAD KNOWN THIS I WOULD HAVE BOOKED IT BY SPEEDPOST.

NO BODY SEEMS TO REPLY TO EMAILS THEN WHY HAVE EMAIL HELP DESK.

    Address: Thoothukudi

    My delivery reached Thoothukudi in 13.11.2020 but I can't receive my delivery untill it's return head office and I don't know the details about my parcel . until I call the Thoothukudi branch they response like they don't care about my parcel. After 10 min i check the website they upload it "out order". I wait one week my delivery stuck in Thoothukudi and now my delivery return to Chennai.i don't know what to say it's a worst experience in my life.

      Address: Coimbatore

      A Parcel is sent from sharjah to coimbatore on 9/10/2020. They have promised that it will be delivered within (15 - 25 days). Its been 40 days till now not delivered. Poor customer service no proper response from anyone. I dont recommend this company for any type of courier services rather prefer other couriers.
      I do need a proper explanation why my Parcel is being delayed & not delivered yet?

            Yesterday my vendor send material from Chennai to thanjavur. Today when i received the material, inside the packing material are broken and damaged. I swear that time i not happy and i lost Rs.12000 worth material. Nobody take responsible for this issue. This is worst and fooling people handle the material shipting. Your franchise people's are may be Buffalo. Give them proper training and material handling system. They are all fools they don't have common sense.
            Now i am going to file the case in comsumer court. Will see in the court as soon.bye useless fellows and useless business ...

                    I have couriered products on Friday but still it's not and it's showing out for delivery from past days. Worst courier service. Deliver it by tomorrow otherwise I have to complain in head office about delaying the courier. Not receiving the parcel to opposite person. Deliver it product by tomorrow or else I have to complain it to head about such a waste delivery service providing

                      This is kruparajesh, from trichy. Have send 2 (same address) parcel to Chennai on 10nov 2020. Client didn't receive the courier on next day. He called courier delivery person to bring again. He denied. So he went to courier place. There, no response from the concern. We can't deliver your parcel, whatever you can, do etc etc and all. After some local person's help he got the parcel of 1. Then I called the concern, he said it's on hold. Till yesterday it was not delivered. I have send the person to collect and handover to my client. In this case why should I chose courier to send. I could've send through bus and handover to him easily.

                      Very very worst service and customer handling at Ashok Nagar. I'll not recommend to anyone to go to ST COURIER.

I attached two tracking details for your reference with this mail. 1) Tracking Number - [protected] my parcel is out for deliver on 07/11/2020 and I got my parcel on 09/11/2020. 2) Tracking number - [protected] is out for delivery on 11/11/2020 and now 13/11/2020 still it's not delivered. It's contains medicine. It's emergency. Kindly take necessary action. I call to delivery person. But he is not responce to me.

                            I had sent a courier from erode to Pudukotai. It was forwarded to Pudukotai hub on 12.11.20. But there is no updates in tracking. Even if we call means no one is responding. I had called all the pudukotai branch numbers but no one is responding.

                              I am running medical shop at Erumapatty Namakkal district Tamilnadu.i placed emergency medicine orders at Chennai but not delivered next day ..even two days going to complete but not delivered.i asked donot book courier and we are not delivered like that employee told me ..I think Sivakumar.. Please take necessary action immediately otherwise your name will get spoil.

                                    Sir, I booked medicine from NETMEDS from my registered mobile [protected] from Vellore. I clearly mentioned my residential address in Vellore. Unfortunately, my cell was not working. I saw my medicines (COVID19 rescue) had been reached in Vellore on 10.11.2020 itself. I called 3 times the concerned delivery boy and requested to deliver the medicines. He told that he tried to contact me on yesterday. I told that my address had been mentioned clearly and my cell phone was out of order. He told that it would be delivered today. I tried to contact the Vellore branch ST courier office. They put me in call conference to the same delivery boy. He told that the work load is heavy due to Deepavali. I am still waiting for delivery of my medicines.
