Please allow your serviceman or service centres to do contactless service during covid period atleast better use OTP instead of signature. I'm from orathanadu taluk Thanjavur district.

I ordered some materials in Instagram and they dispatched it through st courier and gave me a tracking number.. After few days, it shows out for delivery with contact boy number... And I called him, he said I am full of orders today, so I'll deliver it tomorrow.. As a human, I understand this.. And next day again I called him in the morning, he said I'll deliver by today night.. So, I cancelled my meeting and waiting in home, bcoz it's important delivery.. After 8, I called him he said it will delivery tomorrow and cut my call.. Even after I called him so many times, he is purposely rejecting my call

I had ordered the book 'The Crayons' Christmas on March 10th 2020. I received a call from ST Couriers, Kumarapuram, Trivandrum on March 12 as king me to travel all the way to the other end of the city to collect the courier since they would not deliver it. I asked them to return the book in that case. Till date, I have not received a refund for the book from Amazon. An enquiry with them shows that the vendor has sent the shipment out. I enquired with the Trivandrum office of ST Couriers and they say their travel shows that the item has been returned to the Mumbai hub.

Can I get either the book or the refund please? This is pathetic!

June 16th I sent an courier to Mumbai via this ST courier and its not delivered at the Destination. So i thought it will return back to my address . BUt its is not returned to my address not even get a single message or call on this Delivery Fail. later i came to know courier not delivered, i was trying to reach the near by courier office, head office, but no one giving a peroper response . 3 months there is no proper information from them if we reaching them.

My all products fully very damage very worst service

Last month I put kotakkal medicine online. They sent the medicine in ST courier, the old man around 55years who came to deliver the medicine rang the bell twice, my mother blind and she came late because she was searching for a key and she was alone at the time and to got the delivery.

Today I ordered saree from Salem. They send the saree through ST Courier My tracking no:[protected]. Today the same person came for delivery but didn't ring the bell. But clearly I have mentioned Second Floor in Address he didn't come up also but given the courier in the ground floor itself and gone without any information also. we called around 5.30Pm in the evening to MR.senthil ([protected]). He connected the call to that delivery person he is cool and telling last time i came second floor u came late so this time i given to ground floor u go and collect it told harshly (my mother is blind she can come earlier why the person cannot wait for 10min? ) and scolding bad words like what hell u are doing inside why you can't come soon that time and Mr.senthil today through phone taking in bad words to women and its was recorded.

If the old person cannot claim the second floor then why hiring old people for a courier job? or at least he can call me and ask me to come down to collect the courier.
If my parcel/courier was missed, who will take the incharge ? My saree cost around Rs5000 whether ST courier will pay the amount?
He did not get any sign from myself or my family members like this only you will deliver the courier to any unknown person ?

I need immediate disciplinary action like dismiss or suspend toward the delivery person and Mr senthil . Your service was very worst, Not on tiem delivery and really fed up and disappointed with your service really.

I sent a parcel from chennai to acharapakkam...am sending parcels regularly in a daily basis in ur courier service...but this parcel was showing misroute and not delivered yet...it was a big parcel and I called a person named sathya from madurantakam he is the one who's is delivery person that was showed in tracked I'd...once I called he talked worst and shouting a lot and said that dont call me ...then how to contact...he is talking harsh...

I haven’t received any calls from pollachi courier office. Before that they returned the parcel. This is the third time i am facing this same issue.
When i ask them why didn’t they call. They are telling “your phone was not reachable”. Same reason all the time. I am getting so many other calls daily then how come they get not reachable for all the 3 day. This is the reason i have given alternative number too. Why can’t they call them. Such a worst response i am getting when i try to ask them the reason. This should be addressed immediately.

I booked in ur courier.. It is almost 3 weeks still it didn't reach the destination... Answer me for this... U r not picking up call also... Thn how do i know about my parcel... The tracking shows only for 1week...
