And any time make call to them, they told wait for more one day we will check and call you back.

Till date, they call me asked for an alternate number or address again or any other information, not delivered it.

I am already gave permission to open the parcel and see what is inside that.

Out of delivery at 11 am on the website, so i was waiting from the morning, till 6 pm i did not get the parcel when i have called, they simply person, a delivery person came no one was there at your place so he returned back.

Pathetic...

I was at my home for the whole day. No delivery person nor i received calls from anyone.

Am currently in dharmapuri and am about to receive a parcel from chennai attaching the consignment details. The courier person is not delivering the parcel, forcing us to come to office for collecting parcel, spoke in a very rude and unprofessional way. We are very disappointed with the service. Please take steps to deliver my parcel asap.

On 17 sep, parcel despatched from chennai vide courier docket no. [protected] dt. 17.09.2020 to hosur, as per tracking, the parcel reached to hosur but surprisingly not delivered and reasons not known.
Can you pls check and arrange to deliver without further delay.
The customer care executive either not picking are keep out of service mode.

This is state bank of india, aachipatti branch near pollachi. We have received our cover after 6 pm on 21.09 20. The behaviour of deliver boy is not at all acceptable. Kindly advise him to deliver the parcel on time. He is not ready to wait for atleast two minutes to get the signature. More than 3 times he is behaving like this. We are very very disappointed for his idiotic and indecent behaviour.

I have ordered a medicine in nedmeds and they have delivered immediately from chennai to anthiyur st courier on the next day. Sep 17th.

Anthiyur st courier is really bad with their delivery speed. And they are not doing home delivery though other couriers are doing home delivery in our area 638312.

They took 5 days to deliver from anthiyur to some pick up point in nearby place for us to collect that too after so many calls from our side. And no proper intimation after delivering to some third party. Very worst courier experience with st courier anthiyur.

Hi, my friend sent a courier from chennai.. It has reached two days back to idapadi.. But they were calling and ask us to pickup.. Not ready to deliver to the mentioned address.. I felt very bad about them..

I received courier from hosur but was not delivered to me, i asked about that they are tell there no service in your location i asked then your accepting it

My friend tried to sent a parcel to me on march 21. It struck on due to lockdown. After the lockdown i didnt received my parcel, so i asked the courier service they told that we are searching for it. After that they said your parcel was missing. I request the coimbatore st courier manager to solve this problem but he is very irresponsible in this work. I am really felt unsatisfactory with this service and my parcel amount is not provided by them. Please take necessary actions about my parcel. Otherwise i will confirmly put a case on court about this problem. So please take my complaint as a important one and please take necessary actions on coimbatore st courier manager.

Tenkasi (627811) st courier is worst here. They did not inform and return back materials to sender.. No update... Always worst... Customer response also worst..

Parcel registered to deliver before 4 days still it is not delivered to the receiver hand. My question is "is that service done by bullock cart..??" even if i went by walk could delivered by the same day. Will u pay the loss of my business..?? Don't give false commitment, worst ever service. Don't even have any response to maintain the sincerity. Worst service.

Last week my friend have couriered a parcel from attur to karur. I got a call from karur st courier office and they said courier delivery person is not available and asked me to come and collect. Since i couldn't able to go i asked them to deliver on next day.

But after that i didn't get any call from them, today i called them again to check the status, they said i couldn't able to deliver so they have returned it.

Its very pathetic to see such reputed courier service have such a worst service. Please take a necessary action on franchise to avoid the bad reputation.

The courier send date:10.09.2020 but still date not send the package.
The selaiyur branch office staff i ask to not responding answer the couier boy phone number is:[protected]. Pls ask and the my packages search and send the receiver address.

I have send a courier from nagercoil to dharmapuri dated 05-september-2020. My shipment number is [protected]. Normally it should reach by next day or day after nect day. But in my case still it is not delivered. My shipment went directly from nagercoil to chennai. From chennai it came back to trichy and from trichy it came to krishnagiri. From krishnagiri it reached dharmapuri hub on 09-sep-2020 at 03:00pm. From 9th sep till date it is not delivered. It has kept in dharmapuri hub and for the past three days i. E 09, 10, 11th sep-2020 the status is showing out for delivery. This courier service is wasting my time and money and fooling me with false updation and still they cant deliver to the person in dharmapuri.

I’m a reseller and i get loads of packages everyday but these st courier ruin my business. They do not deliver to home. They tell us to come two villages far.. And pick the parcel.. Not only to me my customers also complained the same please don’t send via st courier they are the worse. Send through professional courier, express bee surfaces and dtdc all come deliver at home. Even in this covid situation you people troubling like this. I will surely ask all my vendors and manufacturers to cancel service from you. You ruin our day. And the man from office calls and says.. If you want you come orelse we will return the parcel.. How professional you are.. Change your delivery guys and learn something from other couriers.. This is the last warning.. Every parcel even after paying shipping charges i have to travel so far to get my parcel. I regret choosing you people st courier

The lady not talking polite, not delivering to homes, asks us to come and take the parcel, speaking rudely always, shame on st courier, it was very annoying...
