Parcel is 7days stock in erode hub.
What happened
Not responding in erode hub.
I am last 1.5years regular use in st courier
But some time mistake is very high.

A parcel is received it's destination. No tracking status updated. No calls regarding delivery. Not delivered yet. This Saturday and Sunday are holidays. How long should we wait......

Tuesday 18th of August 2020, 02:44pm they sent courier from Vellore but since i didnt get. Yesterday i called to ST courier branch but they said please adjust and disconnected my call. After i tried no one pick my call. There is no proper response. My AWB is [protected]. Selayiur branch irresponsible people. Please take action....

My courier no. [protected] was not delivered to me still. When i track for the status it is showing as delivered.
So i called to the respective person contact number from the tracking details, but he is not responding properly.
The respective person is talking very rudely and saying that we dont have service for your area, we cannot deliver the product and ended my call without informing me.

Consignment number "[protected]" & "[protected]" are booked at Chennai on 14 Aug 2020 and still not delivered (The distance is 230 KM from Chennai), I have tried to reach their customer care number and most of the time it is switched off and one time they attended my call and said it will be delivered by today (which was 2 days before). the poor thing they cant even track the item where it is...am not sure what kind of tracking system they...

I am a sales manager in a pharmaceutical distribution company. Frequently on daily from our coimbatore office today ordered medicines booked in st courier in coimbatore. It will not delivered in time in madurai.

Most of the area's st courier service agents available. They without bar-code scan taken the stock from the st courier hub and take the stocks and his convenience time they deliver. So when we track the consignment...

My manager send laptop from Chennai to puliyarai Tenkasi district. He send as priority delivery by paying 900 rs. Bt sengottai delivery boy didn't deliver for 4 days. I send one parcel from nagercoil to kanchipuram via st courier service on 06/08/2020. (Consignment number: [protected]). But they delivered the parcel to customer on 14/08/2020 with worst (Damaged) condition (Photo attached). Find attached the consigner copy of the courier to be delivered to the address (Refer attachment). Received call from st courier omalur office representative and told to collect the parcel from omalur office (Tamil nadu state) and the parcel will not be delivered to the attached address....

My goods are been returned i. E without delivery it has been sent back to the dealer for no reason. When asked for a reason the revert given by the st courier agent is harsh and senseless.

Very worst and poor service provided.

At the same time i need the reason for sending back of my parcel.
