The courier send date:10.09.2020 but still date not send the package.
The selaiyur branch office staff i ask to not responding answer the couier boy phone number is:[protected]. Pls ask and the my packages search and send the receiver address.

I have send a courier from nagercoil to dharmapuri dated 05-september-2020. My shipment number is [protected]. Normally it should reach by next day or day after nect day. But in my case still it is not delivered. My shipment went directly from nagercoil to chennai. From chennai it came back to trichy and from trichy it came to krishnagiri. From krishnagiri it reached dharmapuri hub on 09-sep-2020 at 03:00pm. From 9th sep till date it is not delivered. It has kept in dharmapuri hub and for the past three days i. E 09, 10, 11th sep-2020 the status is showing out for delivery. This courier service is wasting my time and money and fooling me with false updation and still they cant deliver to the person in dharmapuri.

I’m a reseller and i get loads of packages everyday but these st courier ruin my business. They do not deliver to home. They tell us to come two villages far.. And pick the parcel.. Not only to me my customers also complained the same please don’t send via st courier they are the worse. Send through professional courier, express bee surfaces and dtdc all come deliver at home. Even in this covid situation you people troubling like this. I will surely ask all my vendors and manufacturers to cancel service from you. You ruin our day. And the man from office calls and says.. If you want you come orelse we will return the parcel.. How professional you are.. Change your delivery guys and learn something from other couriers.. This is the last warning.. Every parcel even after paying shipping charges i have to travel so far to get my parcel. I regret choosing you people st courier

The lady not talking polite, not delivering to homes, asks us to come and take the parcel, speaking rudely always, shame on st courier, it was very annoying...

Hi i send a courier from chennai to kerela on 24 august and was assured that it will reach in 3 days. Till date sept 4, 2020 courier is not received and no status update about the same too.
Customer care chennai is also not responding and cutting phones in between i tried multiple times to call.

We have sent 50 parcel per week; and receive 2 parcel daily. every day ST courier delivery is very worst. I get my parcels very delay. everyday they deliver it in evening only. they are delivering from UNION MILL ROAD OFFICE, TIRUPPUR. but always they call us and told that '' get the parcel from office; is it a fair business? if you dont deliver right time i will change all parcel to PROFESSIONAL COURIER.

My package [protected] was sent on 01/09/2020 from coimbatore.
But coimbatore St courier wrongly sent to madurai sankarankovil instead Of TIRUNELVELI.
After My complaint, it was sent to TIRUNELVELI yesterday night.
But TIRUNELVELI St courier did not sent to Cheranmahadevi due to unknown reason.
When i contact TIRUNELVELI St courier at 3 pm today, she told that, today is not possible for no reasons.
I complaint this matter to chennai office, she takes a complaint, but no complaint number is registered.
Please take necessary action against STcourier Coimbatore for wrong routing the pack and TIRUNELVELI ss courier for holding the parcel and mislead the customer byway Of making wrong entries in tracking records.
I have enclosed screenshot Of tracking of My product.
If the product is not delivered today, I will take this matter further into CONSUMER COURT.

This courier is missed in Tirupur courier branch office.

We followed more than one month and didn't get proper response.

Now they said courier was missing in their branch office. Also they said information already passed to branch manager.

Till now no update and response from them.

Please help

Dear team,

We have sent the air cargo from uae - ajman to india - bangalore. Last three digit number - 037, we submitted on 15th of july, they informed as 25 to 30 days for delivery its been more than 45 days no update yet, i want immediate action this. We need that as earliest.
Request you to take action against this immediately.

I went to St couriers Kumbakonam to receive a parcel that was to my sister. I showed the courier number to them. Ther checked and told me " there is no parcel in this number". But they called the day before yesterday and yesterday to collect the courier. If there is no parcel, How did they call? And after a while, they told that they have returned that. How could they return without any information? This is very bad service. And I'm very sorry to say this " you are doing a worst service in courier. Very worst. There are no words to scold you. Because you did that much of service.

My client send the package from coimbatore to tirupur in the awb [protected].. For past three days not received the package.. I have face many problem with st courier person i enquire in office they are not giving proper responce... On the mean time i try to contact several number they are not responsible not picking phone call.. I have mention the number below [protected], [protected], [protected]... Please deactivate this number from your website without attending y this number in your website..
Like this st courier person work how we send the courier with your concern...

I booked one registered post at Urapakkam agent on[protected]. Till now it has not reached destination. Since it is a medical bill for reimbursement.Will take up with consumer forum I I don't get reimbursed.I am a heart patient underwent operation.mentally I may get one more stroke.

The parcel contains diabetic health product which is very urgent for the diabetic patient.
21st of August we have sent the courier from Bangalore office, where as till now we could not reach the delivery address.
Mr. Loganathan from chengalpet office ST courier mentioned that party refused which is Blunt lie where he didnt went to deliver. Hence the courier sent back to Guindy Hub, I called Mr. GANI (Guindy) who is really a good person to reponded to me & said that he will forward it again to chengalpet.

So yesterday (27Aug) again forwarded back to POTHERI.

The above steps taken by the ST couriers staffs are ridiculous.

Hence, today morning called customer care executives they cut the call & didnt responded to my questions & saying that the delivery address is not in our area . So returning back to the Bangalore. If the customer care is not showing us the care then what Team lead is doing.
Request to take action on Customer care team.

The worst part is I described that the package i for the severe diabetic patient where there is no response.

Hope, My message reaches the Senior most person in this courier.

I request all the senior persons in ST courier, Pl resend the same & help the patient & serve us ASAP..

I have booked courier @21.8.2020 7PM frm srivilliputtur to singampunari...

The courier still not yet received and I'm already inform to head office also they won't take any response.

I spoke to SINGAMPUNARI delivery office but they didn't take any action.
And SINGAMPUNARI delivery boy said to customer i need 50 rupee for my petrol charge otherwise I couldn't take anything.

I send my parcel to thoothukudi dist and it went to madurai and from there no response or unanswered by them.. Madurai st courier is extremely poor and they are not even attending the calls.

Please let me know the status of my parcel and if you can't delivered please return.

Disappoint from st courier... Not such response from service center...

Two parcels from thrissur, kerala to trichy were booked on[protected] &[protected].
So far the parcel has not arrived in trichy

Go to the place where you made the book and ask for it.

My friend send a courier to me at 20/08/2020 from Mahindra world City to Palliagraharam, Thanjavur address.That the courier was arrived Thanjavur on 21/08/2020. But still now the day there is no intimation from the Thanjavur St courier branch. And today 25/08/2020 around 11.30am I was called to the ST courier branch office and they told me they return that courier to the trichy branch because of out of service in your area. But my address was within the city limit only. Both the Thanjavur and trichy branch customer care officers are taking very casually and irresponsible.

Raised with Srirangam ST couriers but they are unable to trace it.
Please help me to file a complaint and get back me the parcel.

Attached is the POD receipt - which is showing as delivered with wrong signature.

My courier reached Vadapalani service center on aug 21 2020. It didn't reach my location till 24th august. the status was in out for delivery.

The delivery boy number is invalid. the service center also not picking the call
and other numbers are wrong.

Why so ir responsible
