Hi Team,
I would like to register a complaint for one order.
Order Number : [protected].
Courier has been shipped on Aug 12 and it should be delivered by Aug 13 or Aug 14, but the courier has not delivered to home.
I want to know answers for below questions.
1. Weather the person from from CHITTODE name Satheesh has tried contacting my customer? and i have asked my customer and they updated that that he/she have not received any call from ST Courier.
2. Why you people are not looking on to the address, where the order should be transmitted from erode to CHITTOD but it has been transmitted to BHAVANI?? seems useless and unnecessary late from your side.
3. If a particular product is about to return why cant you call the person who sent the courier and collect information?
4. CHITTOD courier branch person said that they will not deliver the product to home and they asked us to collect from courier office and this is such a rude behavior i have seen ever. Note : Then why you are getting 50 rupees from us??
5. Finally the product has been delivered with help of my friends.
I want you to take necessary action on this who all are responsible for this mistake and i want to know what action has been taken on these people.
